My opinion - Biggest mistake was to retain Flus (Lame duck HC in over his head managing) and not get Caleb lined up with a new Head Coach, and OC. Second biggest mistake/problem is Poles evaluation and lack of serious Oline investment in 3 years. I love Rome but we should have traded back at 9 (Gotten a 2nd rounder), picked up a first round OL( Fautanu, JPJ, Frazier, Barton) and a quality WR in round 2 or 3 (McConkey, Coleman, or Burton). Still could have pick Kiran too for depth since he was injured on draft day and currently not playing yet. 3rd problem is personnel use. Improper personnel for blocking, Swifts use at RB between tackles (also Oline issues) and not using Roschon as a hammer and ultimately playing big boy football.
My guy, your on crack if you think Bill Belichick would of been a good Head Coach again...Lol The guy hasn't won alot of games since Brady left the Patriots.
The coaching tree was better than kliffs. Ok. Got it. How are those branches looking? Sean is in year three of rebuilding mode. Shanahans 49ers look pedestrian at best, with a stacked team. In regards to coaching tree, is there anyone other than Mike leach that has more success with the coaching limbs? Part of the air raid system, is to even the playing field when competing against another team with better recruits and player, bench, etc. these coaches under leach are usually tasked at taking over a team after a dismal season. The cards are stacked against them immediately, like it was for kliff at Arizona. But he took that broken down machine and made them contenders, if not for that petulant child Kyler who wouldn’t put the work in, film and playbook, kliff would have scheme that is second nature to his players like it is at Washington after that win over Cincinnati. Daniel’s, staying on the field and pleading to go for it on 4th and 4. I believe this was the moment he showed kliff? I know the playbook, I can read these defense and put the ball where it needs to go. What a fucking performance. Thank god he’s not coaching Caleb. After Murray’s diva attitude, having to work with another ego like Caleb has to be taxing to and draining as a coach. Jayden is like a sponge, soaking it all in from kliffs playbook.
Bring in Billy Belli

That's legit
How would anyone actually know? Bears are insular, but we know the coordinator job came with strings attached.
Bears suck. Should have hired Bill.

You have your opinion about the bears but please relax it’s only 3 games
The bears are fucked. They draft a QB with a coach’s who’s on his last year AGAIN! just to start over next year and screw up their QB
