'Onee-san' is pretty recognizable, so I think it's fine to keep it. I mean, 'danchou' is more vague in my mind than that, but I get by. Vtuber fans are weebs, and we're used to fan translations of anime or manga throwing around romaji words instead of properly translating them to 'preserve the feeling', so you can be a bit more liberal with your usage of it, too. Though I suppose you should also take care not to look like that iconic scene from Death Note xD
