We own a 2023 QX80 premium select. The 23 is our second QX80. We were driving on ice when a Dodge Ram with metal grill hard slammed into our QX80 at 50mph. After impact our QX80 went into a spin and slammed into the Dodge Ram that hit. No damage in our QX80 cabin including the windshield and people. Yes! I love QX80.

This is a nice vehicle. Big v8 loads of tech, too. I was told it had outdated tech. I beg to deffer. I drove one and was surprised by how much tech it had. The hydraulic suspension was very good, too. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And I would buy one.

One screen is a little clearer but nothing wrong with two 👍
I just purchased a 2022 sensory model. My reasoning is for the price you cannot beat the value. GM is asking 5k to +30k more for their products and honestly are they worth that much more when you break it down? You mentioned value and right now with the current situation with shortages and vehicle markups, this car is a no brainer to purchase right now, regardless how dated it might be
You are correct, I see Toyota’s with high mark ups and this is luxury with luxury warranty. Congratulations with your new ride 👍🏻
Might do the same soon. Had the plan to get a 2022 tundra hybrid but I’m told I won’t have mine until 2023. Test drove the qx80 I was pretty pleased with the ride quality and interior. Will see if I can get a good deal if my neighbor and I are buying together.
That’s a good idea and that is a long time to wait. I am seeing the same with almost every vehicle now if you order, the wait time can be extra long. In some cases you can remove a feature or two and they will build it within a couple months.
@@k.w5804 do your research. The QX80 wasn’t really our first or second choice. Didn’t even test drive one. Bought ours out of state. I had an Armada back in 2008 and loved it, ran the crap outta it, so I knew the Infiniti would be that much better and more. But I had to go with the sensory model because the luxe and premium select just didn’t offer enough for the price (like vented seats). If I was gonna pay 80k+ my butt better be chilled. I am happy with the car tho.
@@HawkeyeRides the worst is nowadays dealers will be marking their cars above sticker and to what end will they charge? They will literally mark up 10k for some B.S. package they say the car has.
This or expedition which is less noisey and what is good for kids
The Expedition will have more room, QX80 will have more comfortable 1st and 2nd row seats. The QX80 is more quiet and they give a 4 year warranty. I went with Infiniti but I did the QX60, I have a family of 5.
