Can you tell me about box 14 on the W3? I entered the federal withholding on the employee's W2 in box 2........I am not certain if that same number is supposed to go in Box 14 W3 as well?

W-3's Don't apply to you if your self employed correct?

Only if you gave yourself a W2. If you're a corporation or LLC, you probably should do a W2.
