I have studied my bsc nursing in a private college that encourages only working in their hospitals or doing msc.no career counseling as such and had it not been for my own curiosity and determination I would still be stuck in a hospital that pays Rs 12000 per month.So I request students watching this to please be smart and do not settle for less.There are private hospitals,state governments,central hospitals,abroad recruitment all having a pay scale that differs by 10 s and 100 times.so do your research.
