- "Porinetia" sung by Bobby Holcomb (1947-1991).
Born in Hawaii in 1947 , on the island of Oahu, a black father native to the American State of Georgia and of a half Hawaiian and Portuguese mother, Bobby will be interested in the legends of the islands of Pacific and in art under all her forms very early. His donations for music and painting, while going through the world he improved them through meetings with other famous artists among whom Dali for pictorial art and Franck Zappa for music.
He died in febuary, 1991 at 54 years old.

1an, 5ans, 10 ans... J'ai 35 aujourd'hui et jusqu'à mon dernier souffle cette chanson raisonne et résonne comme un hymne đans mon être. Bobby merci pour ton héritage emprunt de sincérité et d'engagement.
Chanson de mon enfance, je me revois en primaire... et dire que je connais quelques uns de ces personnes...et maintenant je suis tellement loin de mon fenua. Thanx for the translation...good job Teriimataha

Merci d'avoir mis les clips de Bobby sur UA-cam et d'avoir pensé à mettre les paroles. J'ai découvert cet artiste génial très récemment et j'adore. Quel dommage qu'il ne soit plus de ce monde mais il semble encore très vivant dans le coeur des gens.

C'mon, this "niggah" definitely not on. He died in the early 90's & set bar to Tahitian music. He's like an icon overhere. In spite of his look, he definitely was a nice & humble guy too.
