Imli ka Panna is a tangy, sweet & sour refreshing summer cooler made using tamarind pulp & sweetened using sugar and seasoned with few spices. This drink is so refreshing, absolutely delicious and very healthy drink to cool off during a hot summer. 🌞

1:03:13 to 1.21:00- Soak tamarind in warm water
1:42:04 to 3:00:22 - sieve the tamarind pulp
3:14:20 to 3:31:08 - in a thick bottom pan, add pulp,sugar & water
5:37:07 - 6:06:2 - Cook it tills it's thick
6:07:25 - 6:09:25 -adding cardamom powder
7:12:12 - 7:15:10 - Imli Ka sharbat is ready, store it in fridge for about 15-20 days
7:22:09 - serve chilled by adding ice & mint leaves in it.
INGREDIENTS:
Dry Tamarind (Imli) - 1 cup
White Sugar or you can take Jaggery too - 1 cup
Water - 6 cups
Black Salt/Kala Namak - 3/4 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper / kali mirch powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder/Bhuna Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder (Elaichi) - 1/4 tsp
