This machine was originally provided by :- www.vapourhoninguk.com/product/vapourmax/ Their new machines now incorporate a wash/wiper set up Been using the silicone hoses for over 6 weeks now and are an improvement on the originals
Since there's nowt worth watching on the jelly box these days, I got myself a new "smart" telly so that I can stream your videos in HD wide-screen! You are now a TV star! Could do with one of those cabinets to clean my oven dishes. Baked on Sheppard's pie is like concrete.
Hi Mike . Would you consider telling us lot about your cleaning machines / systems and which are best for doing different jobs ? My cleaning technology is very basic , the most complicated thing I have is garden sprayer that I have to pump up by hand ..... I put Jizer in it , spray oil bits down , then I hose pipe the dirt off ! But cleaning stuff is important before any mechanicing commences , I believe anyway . Trouble is cleaning is critical but boring ; a diy , cheap , but worthwhile blasting system or two would be of interest I reckon . ATB .
You really need a parts washer to get parts up to the size of cylinder heads degreased - this will recirculate the cleaner and make life a lot simpler. Once parts are dry, I pop them in the sand blast cabinet to remove paint and rust etc, then if the part need a special finish I pop them in the vapour blaster after sand blasting. Parts come out like factory fresh. I have some parts to clean soon, so I will do a video on the process

Have fun!
Great modifications Mike.
I can see clearly now the stain has gone...
@@BritannicaRestorations You know the score😃(fortunately you got rid of them with the new glass)
Like the upgrade makes a useful tool a great tool 😊😅
Yes it does!

@@BritannicaRestorations Thanks a lot Mike . My Brillo pads sigh with relief ! Just joking about Brillo , honest .
Genius 😊
It would be interesting if the people who gave you this machine in the first place could tell us what they think of your mods to the machine.
Yes I will pin a comment - I was on the phone since I posted
What volume is the air compressor and the PSI you were using in the short demo of the gun? Planning to build a vapour blaster Thanks.
I have a big 10 hp 3 phase motor driving a V4 compressor on a huge tank - was here when I moved in - lot of CFM - blast at about 50 - 70 psi
@@BritannicaRestorations Beware of old compressor tanks , they can explode violently , taking limbs off violently !
PEX. Those were probably PEX lines
Have you tried to bend PEX?
