Well Jon, you’ve done it yet again, another great video. Funny, very informative, witty and well produced. Road Trip is right, I also don’t know why you have under 2k subscribers, but I’ll certainly be sharing this one with everyone I can think of! Said before and will say it again, you ARE a great ambassador for the EUC community, well done sir.
I got one today. Why you ask? Because it’s cute. No other real reason. Set it up today. But how do these color leds work? How do you turn them on? Cannot find an on-off button in the Begode app. And having hurt my spine, still recovering, today only got to push it around with my arm. I’ll be riding again for sure, just will take some time yet.
Also, it's super-tough (certainly compared to the more fragile larger Begode wheels) - remember how I stacked yours within two meters but it came out without a scratch 😅
I enjoy my PEVs, but "Tesla should provide one with every car they sell". Really? There's no way this works on the general public. Anything less than 3 wheels would go unused by all but a few EUC riders and take up too much space in the car.
Is this still viable? I own a v12 but the mten3 seems just so convenient. Is it still supported in 2022? or would there be other smalle form factor EUC still supported in 2022?
EUCs aren't cell phones lol. I have a V12 and they absolutely compliments eachother with the wide tires.. It feels great swapping between them. If you ever thought to yourself, "How can I get more hours per day on an EUC?" the answer is Mten3. It fits in your life and schedule where a bigger wheel doesn't. It doesn't replace. It compliments.
@@CrunchyTire Yeah, I understand that. What I mean by support is this. If things break on my mten3, will I still be able to find spare parts being manufactured? As young as the EUC industry is, new models come out faster than I did from my closet. So my question was is this still being supported by its manufacturers.
@@cosplaydiver got it. Parts for any of them are hard to get, new models or old. Go through a good retailer like speedyfeet to get a warranty.. if they had a dead unit, its working parts might fix your failing parts. It's not always on the manufacturer to supply parts. Inmotion is bad at this for example, on any wheel, even the most current. I guess my point is you shouldn't let this be a deciding factor for buying a wheel. They will all be hard to get parts for.
I had mine for like 3 weeks now and put 120 ish miles on it. Not a ton but when you're spending most of your time at low speeds, backwards riding, pendulum, etc, thats actually a lot of riding time lol. Its a ton of fun.. It makes your bigger wheels feel more stable when you get back on them as well. And yea its great for carrying in the store or tossing in a shopping cart. its more convenient than trollying around a big wheel.
Epic... Love the rocket man suit so cool, made me laugh thanks for making my search for a euc the fun adventure as I look to upgrade from my onewheel pint X. I put 2,300 miles on my onewheel since Dec 2021. This with a range of 16miles. So the little MTen3 would be an upgrade in speed and range lol. Thanks again for the great content.
I find a wheel without trolley handle that weighs 11kg less portable than a wheel that weighs 15kg with trolley handle. For a portable last mile commuter, a missing trolley handle or a missing kill switch are pretty much a deal breaker.
Yes. I know what you mean. I took my Sherman onto a train recently and it does have a trolley handle but no cut off switch. It was really hard work. Wont be doing it again! The Mten3 has not been a struggle however but as I said, it does start to feel heavy after a while.
@@wheellifejon it's just impossible that I would enjoy to carry 11kg _everywhere_ I walk, like when I go in a store, when I meander through a shopping mall, when I walk through a park, when I enter a restaurant or any closed space... Sure, I _can_ carry 11kg, but it makes all this so much less enjoyable and it's just not at all a sustainable last mile solution for, I suspect, the vast majority of people. Personally, I even debate whether a 2kg laptop is portable enough or whether I should go for a lighter model and I certainly don't even take it _everywhere_ I go.
Is begode going to stop making them? They started selling out recently and I heard Begode was going to "Slim" down their roster of wheels. You know since they have like 4 new ones on pre order lol.
@@wheellifejon Now we see why huh? Mten4. Maybe you had some insider info from your good buddy about it? lol. I dont mind that I Just got the Mten3 though, Im already loving it so much that I wouldn't trade it for a free swap even for the Mten4. Its a perfect little package, and it really packs a punch when you learn to finesse it right. I went off roading up a big dirt trail today and was unsure how hard to push it but it just smashed through the hill like nothing. Before today I only ever took my V12 up that path, I wasn't even confident my Nikola would make it.
Another fantastic and humorous video as always. Never disappointed when you upload a video. Hopefully it will be a regular weekly basis as I can't get enough of your entertaining vids 🤟😊👍
I’d love to get one of these as a starter/learning wheel, but as a 260lb person, I don’t think it can support me as a rider. On eWheels it’s listed as max capacity of 200lbs (and it’s sold out to boot).
With the release of the Mten4 looming, I dont know what the future of the Mten3 will be. It would be a shame if they discontinued it because it is a unique little wheel filling a gap in the market that other manufacturors are missing.
My oldest starts middle school a mile away in 2 years, we live .1 mile from elementary, middle and high are the same place about a mile. I’ve tried to sell her on learning the EUC for the purpose. Put it in a locker. It’s very hilly here, biking isn’t super fun. She wants an ebike, but that has to stay out in the weather. I think this is the thing.
Fantastic video Jon! I took this same advice seriously a while ago and I love my Mten3. It’s my office buddy and whenever I need to run an errand I ride on the footpath at walking speed to cover 2km to the shops without breaking a sweat. And so much fun!
Yes, it can be a bit confusing. Getting the right wheek for you is important. How do you intend to use it? Is it for commuting, just cruising on or doing some off road type stuff with steep climbs and jumps? What is your budget? How much do you weigh? All things to take into consideration.

Thanks! That means a lot. Please feel free to share it on your social media to help other people see it.
Absolutely this Jon is always excellent value and his content is always spot on 👍👍👍
@@wheellifejon Heck I'm gonna subscribe. I put a pre order on a inmotion v13 challenger. Much love from USA

Super EUC, using it 4 years, fit in gym cabinet, perfect for shopping, restaurant, museum, exhibition grounds...
A unicycle that fits in the boot of your car and charges so you have it ready to go at all times, quite frankly is a genius idea!
I thank you... certified genius at your service.
It did put a smile on my face. Thank you!
They do sell a trolley handle for that wheel! I just installed mine yesterday!
Thanks for putting a big old healthy smile on my face!! 😃
Great video! I love mine. By the way, there's an optional trolley handle you can get for it.

Haha. Jon you are a dead set legend!!! Great vid and loved the suit!! I want one!! Totally agree with the Mten3. What a great little wheel
I got a Sherman I’m paranoid to use the thing because of the rozzers great content always love watching your vids
Brilliant fun 🎉
Your rocketman had me cracking up 😅
Love the ending 🚀
I rode my Mten3 last Saturday only wearing a towel.
I was cheating, I wore shorts underneath the towel.
I love my Mten3.

There is no other euc that has the turn radius of the the Mten3. You could literally turn on a dime.

The one thing that would finally convince me to buy an MTen3 is an extra paycheck.
Tubeless tire? Why all the other proper wheels has tube tires? So much better to have it tubeless :).
Almost pissed my pants laughing so hard. OMG funny!

I like the idea of packaging a EUC with an electric car purchase, but it is a silly idea given so few people are interested in riding them.
