I lost my grandmother a couple months ago, I had shown her Life is Strange and Syd Matters quickly became one of her favorite bands. Now when I start to miss her I come back to his music. In a way I still feel her sitting with me listening to this music. I still miss you Granny, a hole will be left that can't be filled without you here. I'll see you again.
This is such a beautiful song. My 23 year old son who suffered from severe depression and took his own life last Friday March 9th was a kind and gentle soul and loved this song. I will miss him forever ......

Life Is Strange is such a meaningful game for me. It's seriously so special. It gives me a feeling that no other media (tv shows, movies, other videogames) has ever given me. I don't know what they put into this game but it hits you so hard, like you actually get attached to the story and characters. On the ending I cried so much I actually surprised myself even lol.
Whatever is going on in your lives. Whatever addictions and demons you guys are fighting. Whatever troubles you at night. No matter how many times the voice in your head tells you you're not good enough. Just know that I'm glad you're still here. I find solace in you guys. First time for me actually was the opposite. did the Arcadia ending today, it was quite a good cool ending and you're glad Chloe survived.. even when they're leaving the destroyed Arcadia with smiles.. that doesn't make much sense..but then i realise Chloe ending is so much more deep and logical. .. if you think about it. . I dunno. . Because i know that is totally understandable you saving Chloe because Max don't want to loose her anymore.. but at the same time... ugh! damn! 😢
I see how some people feel depressed when playing Life Is Strange or listening to the soundtrack but I find it weird how I am not one of those people. I felt relaxed and honestly this song really spoke to me. "We play hide and seek in waterfalls" really reminded me of when I was very young and free..made me tear up a little bit of just the purity of my thoughts. Even now, to this day, i cry a little. It's very moving and beauty in the lyrics. Not so much depressing

this perfectly describes the feeling of leaving childhood, forfeiting all of the fun things you used to do but keeping all of the memories with you, along with the excitement and anxiety of becoming an adult
This song feels like the fading echoes of 2013. It feels warmer, simpler, easier, and happier. It makes me think of my entire life, with the good old days being in an orange, familiar and warm tint. Me, hugging my mother and father for giving me a dog, spending time with my cousins playing Minecraft. Watching PopularMMOs, Stampy cat, Dan The Diamond Minecart/DanTDM. But then I realize that nothing has changed, it's just that when we were young we were too naïve, too stupid, too simple to understand the real world. +Oliver Suarez I would just like to say that both endings we're horrible but that I chose to sacrifice Chloe because the idea of all those people who I had grown to love and care about dying was even worse than my best friend dying. I just cared too much about Kate, Warren, and hell even Victoria. None of them deserved to die and I think Chloe understood that, she was living off of stolen time.
I remember my teen/young adult years in 2010's, when the life was simple. Just wake up, go to College then University, just chilling with my childhood friends and making happy moments. We're not play in Waterfall but in Corn fields, playing WOW and others video games. And later we had parties and take our first hangovers together. Now, we live far from each other. Some have become fathers, others are married. But the memories remain. We'll meet again one day, I promised you !

The hardest choice I ever made in a video game !! I thought of Joyce, David, Warren and the rest of Arcadia Bay residence, but dammit I couldn't for the love of me let Chloe go...the thought was just unbearable to me, NO WAY
BUT THE DINER WAS IN TACT AT THE END OF THE GAME WHEN THEY DROVE THROUGH THE TOWN! JOYCE AND WARREN (and if there was anyone else hiding in there at the time) MUST BE ALIVE lol sorry.

from the first seconds of this video... damn, I started crying. I haven't cried for so long. What a great game this is, I didn't cry at the end while playing through it. But now, probably a month later, tears just started flowing from my eyes. This happened to me for the first time. What a wonderful game, what a magnificent piece of art.

When the game ended, It was also raining and thundering outside my house, you don't even know how strange I felt like.
This is the kind of music that no matter how many times you have listened to it, it will still have a special place in you heart, a place where everything is timeless, unending. This is the kind of music that stays with you until the end, and still remember all the memories you've had over the years you've lived your life. That's the magic of this song, the older it gets, the more we have to travel through memory lane and the more we remember from it. This song gives us something like a "Checkpoint" in life where we reflect our life and see how far we've gotten.
It's been 6 years since the game has been released, and yet I just can't forget about this masterpiece that will forever haunt me with happy yet sad memories. Memories that reminds us of our mortality, and how much we've been through, and let us see how strong we really are to not have given up yet, even through the hardest of times. this perfectly describes the feeling of leaving childhood, forfeiting all of the fun things you used to do but keeping all of the memories with you, along with the excitement and anxiety of becoming an adult

This song feels like the fading echoes of 2013. It feels warmer, simpler, easier, and happier. It makes me think of my entire life, with the good old days being in an orange, familiar and warm tint. Me, hugging my mother and father for giving me a dog, spending time with my cousins playing Minecraft. Watching PopularMMOs, Stampy cat, Dan The Diamond Minecart/DanTDM. But then I realize that nothing has changed, it's just that when we were young we were too naïve, too stupid, too simple to understand the real world. This song makes me feel free, as free as I was when I was a child when noone judged my every action, as free as my imagination when I was obsessed with drawing, as free to express my thoughts to my friends during lunch. These times are my most cherished memories, and I'm glad I experienced them, and I hope others can too. We're all clinging to our memories hoping things to revert back to the old days and be happy again, but theres something that is difficult for everyone, even me, to accept, it's that we can easily go back to the past, it's just that noone is there anymore. We can't stay in the past, or else we will be left behind. We have to accept that we're in this rollercoaster together, and just like a rollercoaster, this hell of a ride whether happy or not will end soon.

I was just sad that everything had to revert, god this game was heart wrenching. I was also pretty upset there was no romance with Kate, haha, I was never really into Chloe, even up to the end and we definitely didn't see enough of Warren.

+Oliver Suarez I would just like to say that both endings we're horrible but that I chose to sacrifice Chloe because the idea of all those people who I had grown to love and care about dying was even worse than my best friend dying. I just cared too much about Kate, Warren, and hell even Victoria. None of them deserved to die and I think Chloe understood that, she was living off of stolen time.
I wish I could go back and experience for the first time all over again. Max and Chloe. I miss you.

I remember my teen/young adult years in 2010's, when the life was simple. Just wake up, go to College then University, just chilling with my childhood friends and making happy moments. We're not play in Waterfall but in Corn fields, playing WOW and others video games. And later we had parties and take our first hangovers together.
Now, we live far from each other. Some have become fathers, others are married. But the memories remain. We'll meet again one day, I promised you !
