As a violin player, I'd say is not as hard compared to other Clasical pieces with the same tempo, Clasical music pieces with the same tempo like Paganini Caprice 5 is harder. Also hearing the notes the shifting isn't that far so it's plausible.
I was thinking what if there was an arrangement so that it can be performed but then realized that this song literally uses instruments that are playable irl. This technically means with a correct room and pro-fresh-ional musicians, a band can perform this song just the way it sounds here. I'm not sure if M2U plays the instruments for his music videos, it would be very damn impressive if he was
He probably uses a program that synthesizes realistic instruments. At least, that would be what I'd assume, as actually playing instruments for songs like this, especially as smaller artists, can be way too difficult to set up and pull off
