I wish the gun wouldn't lose the sling that's wrapped around it when you add a stock to it. It's such a small feature but it gives me that awesome bo1 Commando vibe when it's on. I got this AR gold first and when you kit it right it does look like the OG Commando. Hopefully they can allow the sling to stay on all stocks, that would be awesome.
Wait until you use other blueprints, changes up parts significantly. By default I have these amazing plates on the barrel by default (am Canadian, don't know parts). Their art department is already going to go overboard and I'm here for it. I do miss the straps but I think we are going to have better blueprints than MW

The AK has the infamous cheek slap for a reason. When comparing similar barrel lengths, the AK will produce more felt recoil.

Hey ACE please check out that lobbies arent disbanding all the way . About half the lobby is the same and even get to switch up the teams looks like they also tried to redo the team balancing like if one match my team gets demolished the 2 lowest players on each team go to a new lobby and it seems the middle 2-3 people stay and the top 1-2 people on each team sometimes go to a new lobby (im guessing to a more sweaty lobby) sometimes if the players on the top of the leaderboards are similar in stats then the top 4 stay ive had 3-4 matches in a row where 6-8 people were the same and even during the half time break when comms are allowed from team to team we were all like hey wait a minute these are the dudes it was very nice and refreshing . but also on the other hand some people got a little toxic and were annoying. Please like this so Ace can see it and possiblydo some testing on this
Also, I cannot change my emblem and calling card, and I could not change my load out during nuke town 24/7 or open that menu which has options and exit match.

First gun I got gold (went down the list from top). Loved this gun with a 2x, suppressor, velocity barrel, grip and 40 round mags. Has enough control to lazer those head glitchers

Ace you will be really interested in how the field mic works and the way it interacts with perks but also your character. You should test it - you might be surprised. Its no where near as effective as people think. A test on the field mic would be super popular as its probably the most used.
I've got to say I've been having a pretty bad time with the XM4. I usually get a 1.5-2.0 KD in most matches. With this gun I can be happy if I break even. It just isn't fast enough. Up close you always get outdamaged by the MAC10 or any shotgun. At range you get outdamaged by the AK, the Type, the DMR, the sweaty Quickscopers.... I mean I have a more reliable killrate with the Bow!
This. Just unlocked the last barrel for the M60 and its almost a hitscan 3 shots kills at 150m with 1300m/s bullets. The grind to get it was pain painful though.
Fast mag attachments are VERY important in this game. Using a fast mag thst increases ammo is important because it removes the need for scavenger and you can use Gearhead and assassin as opposee to scav and assasin. This allows you to use 2 field upgrades, and re stock them faster. I use proximity mines and i just throw them up as soon as i get them in random places in the map. Good players dodge it, but sometimes, it just gets you free kills and jammer, field mic, etc have slowwwww generate times whereas proximity is really fast.

This is minor but it would be really cool if your dmg range birds-eye-view picture as a reference for ranges was a picture of nuketown. Most people playing cod, if not all, know that map perfectly and would most likely be able to relate the ranges really well in their head.
I’m not attached to the M4 from Modern Warfare by any means anymore(since before I deleted the game out of spite my main AR was the AMAX),but I still like this gun.

I use *Microflex LED Socom Eliminator 13.5 Task Force Ember Sighting Point Field Agent Grip SAS Mag Clamp Serpent Wrap Raider Pad* Its pretty good for close range and medium, the scope doesnt really matter and i use gunfighter wildcard. If you have good skill then you can really do good with it. I got a 14 kill streak and most were at medium range. But it is hard to get some.
It's like half the reason I use the XM4 and AK over the Krig. Both have god tier inspects and the Krig has a lame ass inspect despite me liking the gun itself more. It's a dumb reason but it do be like that.
I use an led sight, compensator/soccom eliminator, reinf heavy, reg foregrip, 5mw laser, 50 round salvo, buffer tube. elastic wrap...love that set up, gives me range, velocity and hipfire if somebody sneaks up on me...love the xm 4. I like the fire rate better than the ak and it's just as much a laser as the krig, but it has a better feel to me.

I know it’s for holding lanes but knowing you it’s still surprising. The flashlight is so underrated in this game and especially in hardcore modes. Also it’s frustrating gunfighter doesn’t allow you to put more attachments on your secondary instead of you primary if you want. I realize I can only run 7 attachments on the Hauer but I wanted to try it. I typically run perk greed but I feel with the class I wanted it would be better with 7 attachments.

Because of that you can focus all your attachments on velocity and aim down sight time... If you can do one set up for HC that'd be mint!

This is literally the M4 from MW with slower firerate
In my opinion 722 Rpm is too slow for this gun they should buff it to 770-800 Rpm

that 7% recoil reduction clearly looks like its doing ALOT more then 7% whats up with that
Same with the famas. I put a compensator on it and I can easily laser people in medium ranges.
7% less per shot, and you shoot a lot with it so it stacks. seems small, but that 7% adds up!

@Alienated Mustard MW had more attachments for its gunsmith. Highest gun level in this game is 55 mw has the M4A1 max level at 71.
The XM4 is in an excellent place in the AR category cuz I have all the attachments unlocked prior to the Nuketown map added on Tuesday.

I think the XM4 is a good all round gun with flexibility being it’s greatest strength. It can do everything well while not being amazing at anything.
