Homemade Potatoes For The Win

Potatoes are indeed fabulous and very important to my daily life. Though sure to my diabetes I need to take care. Plus now with energy costs being so VERY high, we ALL need to be frugal don't we. I always start my baked potatoes with several minutes in the microwave, finishing them, now, in my air fryer resulting in delicious crispy skinned baked potatoes. Both My microwave and air fryer do indeed save energy costs and the food is just as tasty and nutritious.

Potato recipes are fantastic. Make home fries for breakfast or make mashed potatoes for dinner it comes with chicken and vegetables
