@@knightseriou3258 Mate, you have no idea what Alpha/Beta is. Recognising and conseding someone is Alpha does not make you beta. Part of being alpha is recognising & being so confident in your alpha status that conseding that someone like Devon is on an entirely different FUBAR alpha level does not make you suddenly all round beta.
Yes, you are beta to that one individual who has skills & experience beyond most people's normal experience but as my dad used to say "you might be hard & can take care of yourself but there is always someone harder". Recognising that fact is alpha because beta's feel that way about everyone, they are so insecure they are subservient to pretty much anyone.
Alpha's are confident & know they are alpha but recognise that top level alpha if you don't you don't survive the evolutionary process that selects the alpha.

This push-ups story of Devon always motivates me to try giving few years to push-ups myself too and see where I end up.
The thing was, my grandpa lived in poverty in village for majority of his youth, but was crazy about strength, but had zero things to train with or zero knowledge about proper training, hence for him strength meant push-ups and running long distances. (Although later he trained in boxing after growing up)
He was an 80kg guy, and used to do 800-1000+ push-ups himself. Even my father has witnessed it (sadly by the time I grew up, he lost his endurance).
It all makes me wonder if maybe I have some hidden genetic gift for push-ups too lol.

Wouldn't you? If you are in a David vs Goliath match and you win I know you're going to rub it in. Every puller on the planet would. Levan is a 400 pound guy that pulls 200 and 300 pound guys. There's never a real excuse for him to lose any matches. Dude is basically in his own weight class ffs. Since that weight along with strength is very tough to beat. If he leans back with all his weight and strength that's like trying to pull 700 pounds with one arm.

If anyone can beat Levan it's Devon. BUT when you see that look in Denis' eyes when he watches Levan compete, you know this is no cake walk. Devon's clearly doubled his strength since Chafee, but Levan is Leva'ling up every year and it's scary to see a giant HGH-infused manchild curl nearly 300lbs. That's f***in' inhuman man. I gotta say Denis just needs a year or two to fill back out and he'll be eating both these champs for breakfast. He is the main guy I'm rooting for. Devon is just a monster on the table. He dominated Monster Michael Todd into submission that last championship and it was just amazing to see how Devon level up so many times in the past year. I'm just blown away.

Turns out VO2 max training improves your capacitiy to do aerobic exercise but at a cost. VO2 kicks in as your cells transition past the Lactic threshhold, but it isn’t as efficient as the initial Complex I process. Someone with a high CImax will operate more efficiently. Possibly, high intensity intervals develop VO2 max. Possibly long, low-intensity training sessions develop CImax.

IMO he is 290 right now. My guess is that weigh in dressed and fed, he will be 310

Hes not going the size route. Only a few weeks ago he was 275 ish. He's had months allready and should be 300 + by now if he was. He has been putting on proper muscle and stiffening the connections. He will weigh in about 285 i think. TBH with Levan being a solid 415 whether Devon is 320 or 280 it wont matter.

@@jasonjlloyd if we’ve learned anything, we’ve learned NOT to believe him when he talks about weight. He was 275 when he fought Thor. He’s atleast 15lbs heavier now. Look at him then and now. Easy to tell looking at his face, shoulders and neck. His arms have never been this big. Never trust Devon when it comes to his weight. According to him pre KOT1 he was 256 four weeks out.

@@Dmgolfer22 his weight might not matter anyway since he has more lean mass than before... more muscle less fat... the spooky thing was a rumor that he was doing pronation for 50 reps with 54kg which is unheard of even if it's partial reps. That wouldn't even sound real for the current version of Laletin. If this is real he may be able to do something to counter Levan's cup in later rounds.

Ray, Artem is a beast, but I think you have more heart, and better endurance when you hit that other gear like you did at KOTT1, you transformed into a different being, that's what will beat him. It was very impressive, because Ray vanished, and some other dude with fangs came to the table down 3-0 and that bit his opponent, a slow poison overtook him, and you just never looked back. Best match of the night.

Are you gifted or is it hard work? In my opinion, your "gifts" are simply the hard work from your previous lives that you've brought with you, so it's all hard work - personal virtue/karma. And genetics are the hard work of your ancestors, also called ancestral virtue/karma.
