I wonder if such a hand could be augmented by a partnership with the Thalmic Labs Myo sensor array? It would definitely improve the ease of use for the user so they don't have to deploy complex or bulky electrodes every time they don or doff the prosthetic. Also, being a BLE device, it would be more compatible with other Open Hardware competitive products and spur more rapid design innovation.
