Which tanishq store is this in Delhi ? I was going through reviews of tanishq store in lajpat, south ex and saket, most of them said salesman's behaviour changes when they come to know that customer is of small budget! Your views on this ?
This one is in Bangalore , ohh that sounds bad I have never faced that problem but if that is true. , it’s sad and bad would check where to report or complaint about this . Thanks for taking out the time and posting about it.

They mostly exchange , aap new jewellery le sakte ho purani ko exchange karke , 100 percent gold rate milega , I mean what apki jewellery hai 10 gm hai to Jo is din ka rate hai uske hisab se rate *10 milega

After you gave it for melting. Did they charged anything like 2% ? Lalitha jewellers they charged 2% and as they dont melt the gold hence had to pay 150 rs to the outside shop. So total 150 rs + 2% on today's gold rate.
Nopes they do not charge anything for melting. They have their own karigar and equipemnets
Hey should i take 22 karat gold coin for exchange or 24 karat gold coin , i have both
You can take any 22k will be evaluate on rate of 22 and 24 will be evaluated on rate of 24k . I had 24k coins so I took them.

No deduction it was almost same in weight as earlier because it was from Tanishq only so no difference in weight hence no deduction

Guess I gave them 20 grams gold of 22k and took 22k 20 g gold chain then will I have to pay making charges and gst for the 20 grams if yes then how making charges are calculated Kindly explain. Thanks
Making charges depends upon the product which we are buying in tanishq it starts from 8 percent and can go upto 20 ,25 percent , average is 15 percent. Yes all you need to pay is gst and making charges

No deduction on the gold you are exchanging you will get 100 percent of the gold you are exchanging
what was the original weight of your old chain you bought from bluestone?
It was approx 5.5 grams
Do they check the gold chain purity for free

100 percent price mila mujhe mere exchange pe, I mean jo gold rate tha is din multiplied by kitne grams Mera gold tha . My chain was approx 5.5 gram and gold rate is din 5700 tha , to approximately I got , 5.5 * 5700

No bill is needed , they will check the purity in their caratomer so no bill is needed

@@CaesarYalmo yes they will give you the bill for 15gm it’s just that in 15 gm the price of 10 gram is payed by your gold so bill will be of 15 gram only it’s just the mode of payment is cash/card/exchanged price for gold

If you purchase for more than 2 lac , you need to give Pancard , this is applicable for all the store and whatever you are buying you can exchange your old get on the current gold price. You can buy for any amount and get your old gold exchanged for the same gold rate. No purchase limit

Bluestone bhi jewellery store hi hai but ye startup hai , online and offline dono hai inke stores , Hanji tha to 22 carat hi but 22 bhi cut to cut tha , kai bar reading li do se 3 bar fir 22 show hua , yes pighlane k bad bhi weight was almost same , na k barabar hi difference tha , yes tanishq ne mujhe pura price dia I mean mera chain almost 5.5 gram tha to us din jo bhi gold rate tha mujhe 5.5 multiply by jo bhi us din gold rate tha , utna mil gaya.
