why cant it enter the restore mode after i press volume up volume down & hold the power button , why the restore logo wont appear?

Hi, If you're pressing the power button for not long enough, the restore mode won't show up. Please make sure not to release the button during the process, and the restore mode with the "Connect to PC" logo will show up after you see the Apple logo. It shows up after the Apple logo, you can have a try again.

So trouble experience... It happened just after 1year and 7 months of using iphone 13 pro max. and Apple service is not responsible at all. How down-graded apple (as well-known brand) compony service?! I will try to inform the iphone 13 pro max users and new policy and quality of apple product! How can fix it when screen is white and no icon shows?!
