Hi i'm the dps nilou account. Just a heads up, i do have an hp build for her that qiqi holds so i know where they are, if i use her in abyss i run her bloom. I just have her dps build on her for the funsies. In case youre wondering, on scara boss, her initial hit was 498k and second hit was 500k, which is my record.
Horrendous mispronounciation of my name aside, i'm glad you like my build lol. I'll take the .2 points above crow's score with pride (he's the C6 eula main).
I should specify but those hits are her burst hits. Shes a nuke burst dps :]

Just a heads up. This person is probably polish and their name means "death" and isn't pronounced "simeric" it's closer to "shmierc" with a softer 'sh', harder 'r' and the 'ć' is pronounced somewhere between the 'ci' in "city" and the 'ch' in "Chelsea".
Did you need this information? No. I just think it's funny how foreigners pronounce polish words

Though, dare I say, ending the word with -ch might be better than -c alone, the same way Ś has been transcribed into Sh. Ć can follow the same process into becoming Ch.

Seeing the 3rd character in the character lineup for the Chongyun is Layla tells me instantly that those 2 work together. That Layla is totally the shield here, not Zhongli, for the cryo resonance

F2P C6 Eula mainer here. Dehya`s Beacon claymore allow you to have 100/200 crit ratio with 140 ER. That CR disables random on ult crits. That ER allow you Raiden burst animation skip in usual rotations. Furina softens Autos/Ult nuke damage distribution over time.
At this point almost all of Eula mains at builds with Beacon C6Eula/Fav+millelith Raiden/Fav C2Furina/favC6Mika(or TToDS charlotte).
I don't think Chongyun would want 4-piece Strayer since, due to be a claymore character, he can't freeze things or at least keep things frozen enough to benefit from it consistently.
If you have an off field hydro unit he’s really good at that!! His skill infuses his normals with cryo so he can pretty consistently apply it :D

@@WakaDior Tbf, he CAN actually get a decent-sized chunk of crit rate from running the 4 piece and another cryo character for the resonance, but at that point, it'd probably be better to just run him with Furina and the Marching Band Hunter set or reverse melt like you said.

6:00 Chongyun is better with 2 piece blizzard & 2 piece atk/noblesse as he shatters, so unless you're using something like plunge chongyun (not attacking as much, so enemies stay frozen without much shatters), it's more worth it to run melt chongyun

U ever wanna review a top 1% account let me know. Im not a whale but have artifacts better than most. Some pieces have 19% crit rate w/ CD and great substats. 17.5% CR over 15% CD flowers... 45-49 CV goblets... Probably have 100 40+ CV artifacts total. Day one player
