I had right inside go on my 7230 with 12 row folding corn head on while going 21mph down the road. I check mine more often now. Be safe keep up the hard work
hi there i had a few crack on me and the answer is u have to grind off the paint off in between the rims where they mount up its the paint that causes them to crack i know it sounds crazy but believe me that is the answer
@@AxiomAcres the paint is just enough for the rims to work loose and have wiggle room I have a harvester friend who told me that they had that issue as well and that fixed it and he runs 20 case ih combines

@@alfredfleming3289 this was beyond welding. Cracked all the way from the hub to the rim. Only good for a fire pit now

So just wire wheel to bare metal?
@@AxiomAcres I wire wheeled it till all paint was gone on the flange where it bolts up and it is quite thick
i was driving auger cart for a farm and had a rim bust out a rim loaded scared the shit out of me
