I'm at a loss for words There are no words to explain What I am witnessing Is fucking with my brain You can see it in my eyes It will never be the same It will never, never, never Be the same Time to tear down what remains And start something new I'm tired of going through the Motions Feeling like an empty shell Drained of all emotions IO feel nothing at all I've got to get away Get out of my way We were searching thought we Were on to something But it disintegrated before Our eyes Same old thing in a new Disguise Contemplating no violence Not at peace, trusting sixth Sense, I need release Won't cry no tears, I have none No big loss, what have I won?
Oh they did with Lombardo from Slayer and Scott Ian from Anthrax (Fantomas)~ and the original demo Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny was released in 1986, they re-recorded this cover, its been out since October 30th, and its GLORIOUS. Get yourself it. ☆
this album is like a whole major step-up from eye from an eye, not bashing that album. but such a transition from skate punk to full-blown crossover thrash, then came Technocracy that was a step-up... love it!!!
I remember seeing them at the LYRIC THEATRE NYC with DEATH ANGEL ,Nuclear Assault a good time was had by all. The 1980s the decade of THRASH METAL so much good music. That was when 42st was know Disneyland the city had and edge to it and so did the music.
a record sampler brought me her from 86 or 87 ...and its fucked me brain up its emotional on many leves if i have to get into il cut bleed cry and die inside...its time gone il nevere back or recapture so it can go to hell with what i feel when i hear it..them goddamn solos and lead ins do serious harm to my mental state and soul
The same thing that happened to Prong, Voivod, Suicidal Tendencies etc. A lot of 80s hardcore bands had a more polished alt-metal/grunge/groove sound in the 90s. It was just the "sound" at the time. COC was from NC so they went the southern/stoner metal route
Sounds like they and the accused thrashed it out together. DRI? I strictly only listened to eye for an eye for 10-15 years,..,. But this is some shoes I didn't give a chance to let run and hell they do that
RIP Reed. You made drums look so fun and effortless for so many young drummers. Inspiration.
I saw these guys in 86. The drummer was on stag warming up before their set. He was alone playing along to slayer. It was bad ass..
Booze sad great drummer
I'm at a loss for words on how much I love this song
fuck yes!
.
^^^^^ ( Get It?).... I'm at a "loss for words" ^^^^^
Seminal record!! Saw then w Dead Kennedys and DRI back in the 80s RIP Reed ❤️
What?! Amazing lineup.
I saw them about 86 with BLAST! and No Mercy in LA. It blew me away. Woody, Reed and Mike just phenomenal.
I'm at a loss for words
There are no words to explain
What I am witnessing
Is fucking with my brain
You can see it in my eyes
It will never be the same
It will never, never, never
Be the same
Time to tear down what remains
And start something new
I'm tired of going through the
Motions
Feeling like an empty shell
Drained of all emotions
IO feel nothing at all
I've got to get away
Get out of my way
We were searching thought we
Were on to something
But it disintegrated before
Our eyes
Same old thing in a new
Disguise
Contemplating no violence
Not at peace, trusting sixth
Sense, I need release
Won't cry no tears, I have none
No big loss, what have I won?
mike's vocals are like insane on this! he sounds good but like a crazy lunatic which really fits the whole record
R.I.P. Reed 😢
Amazing song !. Amazing Album !. Amazing Era !!
May your soul soar like an eagle Reed! Love this album! They were peaking!
Rumor is Bungle is going to cover this, so I had to come remind myself how great this song is.
RIP Reed Mullin
It's no longer a rumour. And it's going to be on the studio release they just announced today.
Adam Byers I know I was lucky enough to attend one of the shows and out of all the covers they did this is the best choice to end up in the album imo

@@LunaDevise I’m way ahead of you, nice to see people recommending Bungle. Spread the good word.
this album is like a whole major step-up from eye from an eye, not bashing that album. but such a transition from skate punk to full-blown crossover thrash, then came Technocracy that was a step-up... love it!!!

Awesome,!
Crossover was a rough ride and this one somehow made it…. So good but golly…
I never thought about it before; but there are some solid influences in the mix here ( crucifix, the outcasts, black sabbath ) no wonder
Dope

R.I.P. Reed Mullin

RIP REED
COC kick ass! Listen to saviours almost really close
What happens to this band? They sound like a southern rock band now.
The same thing that happened to Prong, Voivod, Suicidal Tendencies etc. A lot of 80s hardcore bands had a more polished alt-metal/grunge/groove sound in the 90s. It was just the "sound" at the time. COC was from NC so they went the southern/stoner metal route
Этот трек мне напоминает чем-то Металлику из 1983 и 1984 годов и Slayer из 1983 года
Sounds like they and the accused thrashed it out together. DRI? I strictly only listened to eye for an eye for 10-15 years,..,. But this is some shoes I didn't give a chance to let run and hell they do that
Noice:).
Reminds me of The Accused. That voice.
Nope ....The Accused reminds me of C.O.C.'s Mike Dean. OG! 84
New Megadeth single be like:
Sounds like Venom, in a good way!!! Nice!
This is the COC that stole this blackened heart of mine before they turned into Cinderella
