Set a timer for your rice on your phone. I usually always have my phone somewhere near me so I always hear that timer go off!

Bring it to a boil then turn it to simmer and put the lid on. Set timer for 15 minutes and it will be ready.

How do you use the orange sauce may I ask
Cut up chicken, do an egg wash with cornstarch and fry the chicken. When it’s done cover it with the orange sauce. Sooooo good
