A full course Turkish breakfast, different type of kebab (Adana kebab, iskender kebab, to bureks, dishes like Mantı, Sarma, Çiğ köfte, imam bayıldı, karnıyarık, Turkish delight, pastries, Turkish pizza (Lahmacun, pide) ufff huge variety for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans 😋😋😋
Mate so in awe of how you've progressed over the past 3 years. I have hashimotos too and struggling a bit at the moment with the usual stuff although it's up and down as you know. You're eating everything you love and seem to be look the healthiest you ever have. Whenever you end up doing another q and a would love to hear what you're doing in relation to hashi and what your doing about it if anything. Much love

Soul Food for 24 hours!!!!!
Breakfast: Salmon Croquettes, Cheese Grits, Eggs, Biscuits (Coffee or Tea and Lemonade are the drinks). If you have something Sweet, the go to at breakfast is Giant buttermilk pancakes with salted butter and syrup or fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries and bananas are the go to). Orange juice is ok also.
Lunch: Baked or Smothered Chicken with rice, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and cabbage or candied yams. Sweet Tea or Pineapple Tea for the drink. Cake or Sweet Potato Pie for dessert.
Dinner: you can have the leftovers from lunch or do yourself a favor and get a meal to finish the night that will carry you into the next day. Lima Beans, Field Peas or Blackeye Peas, another helping of macaroni and cheese, oxtails, or beef stew. At this time of day, it depends WHERE you get the food, but some places SHOULD HAVE fish (on Fridays), Potato salad, shrimp and oysters or scallops. Get the whole seafood platter and if there's seafood salad with tuna, imitation crab meat, shrimp, get it!!!!! Desserts Banana Pudding and red velvet Cake.
