It won't matter as much now but it will in the future where games require more vram and when 4050 will be getting around 30-40 fps you'll still get a perfectly playable experience on 4060, I got the 4050 tho it's enough for me

Prolly the only reason is to show the real performance of the GPU and laptop in general, and yeah it helps to have it ON cuz it gives u more fps sometimes even if u use quality preset
