People might think this is overkill. Once you've had a broken wire underground and your fence is shorting out, you'll wish you had taken the extra precaution. Good advice!

Yeah with the near constant flow of tree trimming trucks through this gate, I think it is worth the effort.

I'm using a solar powered Argus PT camera from Reolink. I replaced the stock antenna with a directional 2.4GHz Yagi Antenna from Amazon. It needs to have the RP-SMA connector for the Reolink camera. I also bought a USB solar panel from Amazon. The Reolink solar panels don't last. I'll update the description of this video with links to the camera, antenna and solar panel.
