Daqwan J Actually it was easier than Black and White, they bumped the difficulty in black and white, you couldn't bum rush it with just 1 or two pokemon without grinding a little. In red you could beat the game with one pokemon and skip some of the battles in the game, although it forced you to fight most of the battles anyway so you would level regardless. In the newer games they bumped up the levels and intelligence of the ai when trainers have them so that they don't use harden or tail whip 20 times in a row and instead. Although pokemon in the wild are still stupid.
