I have the 24' flagpole antenna and have made contacts on 6-40 meters (except for 12) with no problems. I have the LDG RT-100 remote tuner and I also use the FT-710. Works great for those bands. I have worked 1/2 way around the world and mostly with just 25 watts. I am on FT4 or FT8 mainly and have worked 149 countries in about 5 months. It's expensive but well built.
Hi Ron. A great big THANK YOU for this video. I have a Greyline 24’ flag pole I need to put up. As others have said, your video answers so many questions. Do you know if a city permit is needed for the installation? I’m near Portland, Maine. Also, how did you dig your hole? I will probably have many questions. I think you said to contact you through QRZ. Anyway, well done. 73 de KC6ICA…Aria

Thanks, OM. This video cleared up a few points of confusion. Kudos for helping out your fellow hams.
Very nice installation.
How did you actually hoist the pole itself?
