Ah memories! My spider sprung a leak a few years ago. I couldn't find a new one, so I went through two crappy remans that also leaked before I really went searching and found a site with a handful of new old-stock ones. I also replaced the lines and the distributor cap while I was at it because why not.
All seems to be fine, but before to put the uper part of intake manifold, I would like to know if I need to adjust the new Fuel Pressure Regulator I just put there just to be sure.
Ill have to grab some silicon grease today, i made sure i cleaned the whole spider body well with carb cleaner but with just oil on the o rings it doesnt wanna seat all the way and i dont want to try to force it with the screws since the body is plastic. Thanks for the reply man
I have been looking everywhere for the fuel spider assembly whole, but no one makes it, seems like everyone makes them for 1996 and up but not 1995 and back.
I just ordered a spider for a 92 S-10 vin code W from AUS Injection. Good luck on those Dorman Send and Return lines - Dorman stopped making them and they are all but gone.
@@In10city I just sent mine to a company out of California to have them rebuild it, had it back for a couple months now and have had no problems, I suspect it's an entirely new piece since it came back way too clean for it to be the old one.
You can do it your self cleaning those lines. Just add new tubing and clean the rest of it. You don't need the new plate or metal parts. That's all they do n then want a bunch of money.
Partsgeek has them and so does summit. I am working on a 95 blazer as we speak. I had my spider injection rebuilt for $250.00. The lines were $70.00 under standard motor products brand

I cleaned out the holes really well and then use some silicone

That fuel pump jumper wire is that on the front side by the drivers side headlight? Can’t see it on mines a 93
Wish you turned on the vehicle and test drove it. Or a part 2 would have been nice. But great detailed video. Thanks
So after I finished the work everything ran well . No problems . Any questions you had?
This is a good video
hk11 is the part number for the fuel return lines at oreillys
How tight do you tighten those 16's down?

Does anyone know how to buy new lines from the spider to the ports. Mine are cracked 😔
My experience with trying to find those was unremarkable, so I ended up purchasing the whole thing
Where you buy the lines ?
Amazon
