Thank you both for this video! My first EDC Orlando. I usually solo rolling loud Miami but I got bored of doing the same thing. Had some friends who went out to EDC last year, impulsively bought a ticket for this year. And first thing made me remember my last camelbak broke I need a new one 😅
Glad we can help! We always watch UA-cam videos on rolling loud, but never attended 😅. EDC is a lot of fun, it’s smaller compared to Vegas, but still fun. Definitely don’t forget that camelback, it’s going to save you in the end lol. Thank you for tuning in! We hope to see you all out there 😁
Great video. Just making a list for myself that you guys said. Camelback - 2-3 liter bladder Poncho or rain jacket Sunscreen - sealed on entry Face mask/ bandanna Fan Pashmina Ear plugs Clothes for heat Comfy shoes Maybe Walkykies ID Cash Bring Charger Tips Eat before you go Clean out camelback Budget for water Pregame before Meeting spots
Funny enough I have Verizon and I have an extra work phone that I give to my other group of friends to keep in their bag for when their phone can’t work, but I’ve never once not been able to call/text. Also BRING A BACK UP BATTERY. The charging stations for GA are so few and far between.
Thank you for the video! I especially love the parking info. Last year I spent 1:45min waiting to get to a main road. Do those area in green (per your map) have paid parking--on lawns and driveways like they do closer to the field?
Yes. Those areas are still going to be “unofficial” parking in people’s lawns and in business parking lots turned into paid parking for EDC. It will be a little cheaper the further out you get. If you’re wanting to park in a garage downtown, there’s some info at this link | orlando.electricdaisycarnival.com/travel/parking/ | They work with Lynx (Orlando’s bus system) to offer extended travel hours and complimentary travel through the Grapefruit line of buses.
Howdy, I am very unfamiliar with this event. Is it kind of like a rave/modern day Woodstock type thing?🤔 for? Dee your nails are adorable! 😊Thanks for the video.🎉
Good Morning Kathy! It is like a Woodstock festival in the premise, but a bit more rowdy than all those folks😅 It's like a rave in that there's a constant beat for dancing. Thank You! I love cute funky nails 😃
It is like Woodstock but with Electronic Dance Music. Although the production value is very high for the festival. I was very impressed with EDC Vegas and although EDC Orlando is like the little sister to Vegas, I can tell from videos it's just as well produced. I'm so excited to go this year!
@darklinkx8 that's you're a racist? It's not a bad area. Travels to all 4 corners of the US in the last year, yeah one year. LA, Newark NJ, and ANYWHERE IN NEW YORK. are the only places I'd say aren't safe. But don't be ignorant of course.
Also on top of having meeting spots I was thinking of using Airtags with my friends and sharing our location throughout the festival. Have you tried this and if so did it work?
We couldn’t get signal long enough to use our track location feature on our iPhones so we’re very skeptical about being able to use air tags. Give it a try though! Especially if you are in VIP and have access to the Wi-Fi
We couldn’t even get our shared location on our iPhones to load. Definitely good luck with the air tags. We really hope they work!! We did get an official email back saying that walkie talkies are good!
Hi I’ll be there. Love going to music festivals. It is my 5th EDCO. As a person that goes to a lot of festivals, this was a great video. Very informative. I agree with how expensive everything is inside. My friend and I eat before we get there and may buy one drink inside. We usually eat after the event as well. Hopefully I’ll see you both there. I usually buy a shuttle pass because you don’t have to worry about where to park and chose a shuttle stop at the hotel I’m staying at.
Yes, but walk a few blocks away from the stadium so you can actually get some signal. Your wait time will also be less if you’re not waiting exactly where everyone else is
I have a question? Do you get times for each DJ or artist cuz the last few small concert venues I went to were in random order.. Also this is random are you hyped for Alan walker or is it just me
Hey coming from Canada what are acceptable forms of ID? Am I good with my drivers license and a photocopy or photo (on my phone) of my passport? I heard you need a passport for drinks + to enter VIP which seems risky to me.
It’s extremely risky but necessary for drinks and VIP. Please get a running belt or something similar to put under your shirt with the zipper towards your body.
@@KnightsTreks Okay so to clarify to get drinks as a Canadian I need my drivers license and passport? For the passport portion will they take a picture of it (on my phone) or a coloured photo copy?
We don’t have any signal once we’re inside. Probably because 150,000 people are trying to use the same cell towers. And it’s so easy to lose your group. So walkies it is!
Parking garages downtown and make the trek over. They have the most parking available and you don’t risk getting blocked in by someone parking cars behind each other looking to make the most money from their side yard turned parking lot.
This is so awesome to have and watch! This is my very first EDCO and I can’t wait! Thank you for the tips! Can’t wait! See ya there! PLUR❤
Have so much fun! 🤩
Thanks for the tips! Will be there in VIP tomorrow. Hope to see you both!
Our pleasure! We hope to see you all tomorrow 😁

Great list! We got an official answer in an email on the walkies and small non-commercial walkies are allowed!
@@KnightsTreks I will have to look up what non commercial walkie talkies are lol. Not sure what makes them non commercial. But thank you!!
@coltonpiper6156 Just get the little ones. Not heavy duty military ones 😅
@@KnightsTreks gotcha thank you!!
Great video! We are going to Homebass too, should be a sweet weekend. Will see you in VIP
See you there!
Good info to know!
Going solo to my first edc tks for the info . Cant wait to be there primarly for atb . I do have the vip ticket as well hope to run into you both ❤
Vip is the way to go! Enjoy the festival and be safe. We hope to see you all out there real soon 😁.
@KnightsTreks thank you will do 🙏🏽

Thanks for the recommendation on the parking 🔥 really needed it.
Hopefully I'm able to meet you two.
No problem. Thank you for watching! See you all out there really soon 😁

Have you had any experience with the premier parking pass?
It’s super close! But you’ll be in the thick of it after the event ends so it might take you a hot minute to get out after.
Howdy, I am very unfamiliar with this event. Is it kind of like a rave/modern day Woodstock type thing?🤔 for? Dee your nails are adorable! 😊Thanks for the video.🎉

You should know that the area the event is taking place in is effectively the hood. Take from that what you will
@darklinkx8 that's you're a racist? It's not a bad area. Travels to all 4 corners of the US in the last year, yeah one year. LA, Newark NJ, and ANYWHERE IN NEW YORK. are the only places I'd say aren't safe. But don't be ignorant of course.
It’s not a good area by any means but it’s pretty safe when EDC is going on as long as you’re not too wasted or oblivious
What is the sunscreen you bring that is sealed and allowed? TY
Any sunscreen as long as it’s brand new with the seal on. We like the little travel ones so it doesn’t weight us down too much 😅
Wait are any walkie talkies allowed or do you need certain ones? Im asking because I know security, tech crews, stagehands, etc all have radios
That’s why we were hesitant also, we didn’t want to interfere with staff radios. But there’s no guideline against them 🤷🏾 🤷🏼♀️
@@KnightsTreks You right, Im planning on getting four of them for the group, they also have NOAA weather alerts
That’s a great idea. Have so much fun! 🤩
My group is gonna do air tags! So that way we know where we are at all times!
We couldn’t even get our shared location on our iPhones to load. Definitely good luck with the air tags. We really hope they work!! We did get an official email back saying that walkie talkies are good!
We are staying at the Eo Inn. is that too far you think?
That’s a good distance at 2.5 miles. Sometimes there’s bikers with carriages around to pedal you over. Worse case scenario, you can just walk!
To get to the front of the crowd, do you need a vip pass ? Or is it just about being there early
Just get there early! The very front and center of each stage is GA so you don’t have to have VIP
Great tips. Though I’m pretty sure it’s a cashless festival
Yep. But cash talks when you’re trying to get a ride, or buying stuff from vendors outside the festival

See you there! Glad you were able to get a shuttle pass 😅 A lot of people just don’t realize just how expensive food is inside. Have so much fun! 🤩
How far does the shuttle drop you off from the entrance?
It’s about 4 blocks from the north entrance
@@KnightsTreks thank you!
Do you suggest Uber/Lyft?
Yes, but walk a few blocks away from the stadium so you can actually get some signal. Your wait time will also be less if you’re not waiting exactly where everyone else is
Are you all going again this year?
We will definitely be there! 😁
I have a question? Do you get times for each DJ or artist cuz the last few small concert venues I went to were in random order.. Also this is random are you hyped for Alan walker or is it just me
Times for each set and stage will be released when we get closer to the festival. And we are SUPER HYPE for Alan Walker!!!

No problem Stefany! We hope to see you all there 😁
@@KnightsTreks I do have a qq. Are the buss passes worth it?
@stefanydavla We’d say so. You’ll be able to avoid the headache of parking and traffic, and the stupid high rideshare rates
What is the best spot to park haha I need it please!!🫶
