The boot type is changed from legacy boot to uefi boot type by other tools .do you want to change .

Good effort. But By this method either you need two separate pendrive for legacy and uefi or you need to recreate bootable each time when you need for alternate bios.
This can be done by a single pendrive for both legacy and uefi bios without having to create usb everytime for legacy/bios or having to keep two separate pendrive.
