I've heard that HOA fees can go up as much as 20% annually. Is that true?

The can go up but I've never heard that much. In this area rates have not gone up hardly at all from my experience

Good video. Question: You mention people moving from WA, OR, big cities like LA to your area, perhaps for reasons of schools, homeless, etc. Red light went off in my head when you stated that for given the vast majority of people in those states/cities vote for people who in my view created this issue and can't fix it so logically, this causes concern to me these people bring that attitude and voting habit to these more sane and safe areas of CA like Temecula. What's your view/answer on this? Thanks.

@@Greenleafrealestate Agree, would be nice if that's what happens, as we are seriously considering the area. Hope is eternal of course and unfortunately reality might or might not equate to a good "hope" belief for the future in this mixed up reality our nation is becoming in so many areas. We will we watching your area in crime stats and homelessness. Wish the best for your city.

@@ajl4695 I had the same concern, and I think the area will change as it continues to grow. Though speaking from my experience (coming from the SF Bay Area) I think Joel is right that most people moving here may align with the values of the area more than where they left from.

Dude the area is getting full of monkeys. We moved here 15 years ago because it was a majority conservative Caucasian and Hispanic families. Now the monkeys are invading and the Temecula school district is almost half liberal Democrat and full of blm 😢

Tough call, about 2 months ago I would see homes for $3,000 in temecula. Now, I rarely see them under $3,200
