I am Igbo who doesn't understand Yoruba but this song melts my heart so much that I don't get tired playing it. The anointing behind this song is enormous.
this is the translation: Intro: This is our Ebenezer, Hitherto has Thou (Lord) helped us. Let us dance, rejoice and give glory to the Lord. Stanza 1: As I sojourn in life, You are the one helping me, Prosperity sought after me, Not by me, it is the Lord’s doing. It is not by my power that I survived many evils, It is my deep thoughts that is making me give gratitude.
Chorus: This is our Ebenezer, hitherto has Thou (Lord) helped us. Let us dance, rejoice and give glory to the Lord. This is our Ebenezer, thank you, thank You (Lord). It is not by our power; help is in the hands of the Lord. The glory that the world sees and are shouting, it is done by You (Lord). Our mouth is filled with songs of hallelujah. Stanza 2: Thank You for where you started, Thank You for how far You have done it, We are grateful Lord, For where You are taking us. If the Lord has not been on our side, Where would we have landed? But now we give thanks again and again. Stanza 3: Because some trust in chariots, some trust in horses We that trust in You, This is how far You have led us It is a glorious place; that is why we say, Songs of hallelujah, songs of hosannah, songs of ebenezer and hosanna, filled our mouth! Vocals: Sing Ebenezer o o! Hitherto you have helped us! It is established! Let us Dance and rejoice! Thank You for where You started! Mass Voice: Oh, oh, oh, oh! White Garment churches have one of the best choirs in the country. Their fusion of our cultural musical approach with Contemporary style in the making of Gospel music is phenomenal and impeccable. Kent is an amazing singer, I knew from his sound track for Citation and Swallow and we know Emma is a great creative.
I can testify to that.years back celestials do have competions among themselves .there r lot of things the judges will look into before awarding a winner. It used to be very tough back then. 😅
I give thanks to the Almighty God for a successful business run - 7 years! and still very much strong regardless. Over the years, I dedicated about 60% of my earnings to support, families, childhood friends, friends, and people I never met. How I did it without it killing my business is one huge miracle I know nothing about. But I know the Almighty God does not bless one person in isolation. there's always a purpose. I am not the most prayerful person, but I know I have 'this' relationship with the Almighty God. Thank you, Kent, for this beautiful praise song. It's so deep, I had to drop this testimony in tears. Thank you, Almighty God - I am humble still.
This song summarizes that bible verse that says if it hadn't been the Lord on our sides.... Psalm 124😭😭😭. My eyes is always teary singing this song and I'm compelled to always thank God for what He's done so far and what He will still do.

When you listen to a song that you don't understand the language and yet get goosebumps 🥰🥰 phwww. Music a language we all speak. To God be all the glory 🙏👏
Oh wow, this song is brilliant. And I really love how the backup singers are diverse in their dressing/outfits to show that you don't have to fit into a specific category or look a certain way to praise God. Come the way you are and worship Him. This in itself is passing a great message. Kudos to the team
I really love the observation you made. The diversity of dress codes and mannerisms displayed in the shooting is something insightful. I mean, isn't it provocatively insightful and interesting to see a lady on Ijab in the team?! Again, the team accommodated her and others on mufti to mix with those on Sutana despite the 'Celestial' inspiration of the original rendition. It mattered less to the team the potential criticism such uncommon diversity may attract than the symbolic harmony it projects. And that is impressive! For one, it connotes that beyond the diversity of religious doctrines and ideologies, the very practice of religion does not abhor harmony and collectivism. In other words, if humans harmonise, it is owed to human understanding of the social constructionism of religion. And on the other hand, if they disunite, it derives from human misunderstanding of same. Pitiable! Even though this insight may not be the primary objective of those who put the performance together, the team has succeeded in using this clip to contribute critically to one of the most fundamental social issues in the history of human diversity related to prejudice, stereotype, and discrimination. And it is to an eternal credit of the CCC that its fruits - in terms of music depth, talents, tolerance etc - inspired this noble value. And to ID Cabasa, who directed the performance, Kudos!
When you see a truly inspired song rendered to God you will know. The calmness it brings, the peace it gives and the upliftment both of spirit and body.
Kent’s voice is naturally soothing and graced too. Harmony on this remix is dope . May we not miss heaven in Jesus name cos I’m just wondering how it’s gonna to be over there. God bless you, Emma , your individual teams and everyone who will still listen to this soul-lifting version. Love you guys ❤

The flow, addlip and backups. I can't talk enough about this song. Well done guys. Alhaja you are a star🎉
@@francoisemakoso5684 the song says that if it was not good who had been on our side, what would we have done. That thus far has God helped us, we join our voices to lift our voices to God in praise and thanksgiving. Your goodness to us is unsearchable. The glory that people see in us is from you God.
This music has changed the way I see white garment churches, even though I don't understand Yuroba, or am I a Nigerian. I'm a Cameroonian based In Canada, thank you for this spirit filled music.

Let me comment on this to remind me everytime someone comments on it that I have to show God to the world without leaving Celestial. I will teach the Jesus of the bible that is devoid of denomination in this same Cele church and will help others do so

Due respect to ALL involved in this production, from the cleaners to gatekeepers , the tailor that sewed the uniforms used, ALL i said ALL. The first time I listened to thie recorded song, I said wow a new Emma OMG cos I could feel his tone. When I finally saw the behind the scene and saw Emma there, I wasn’t surprised. All those involved in this project, may the good Lord bless you. If this song is on CD, by now it will be skipping on my deck cos I have overplayed it. Once again big thank you to ALL the crews. #soullifting
Hitherto, this is the best song I've listened to in my life. It's mind-blowing, spirit lifting, lyrically potent and musically fantastic. Everything stew. 💯
If you refuse to use sound headphone for this masterpiece, sincerely you are missing. Get your self a good headphone and feel the goosebumps heavenly. ❤❤❤❤❤. Kent, EmmaOMG, ID cabasa, etc, God bless you guys forever.
This song left me with the feeling of singing with the angels. Headset gave it much soothing. God help us to finish strong, so together we can sing in heaven.
God bless you greatly for this song. I just can't control myself over the heart felt gratitude of this song to God almighty. I'm crying as I sing and it's on repeat as I type. I found this song today I just love it!
Listening to this song on my way to work this moning. I was at the bus stop and I didn't known when my eyes started becoming teary. The song summarises my whole life in the last one year. If not for God for who has been on my side.... more inspiration Kent and team. Plead that the video should also have a English subtitle
Perfect summation! This is how I feel too whenever I listen. My life journey has been a rollercoaster… I’m even teary typing this now. Through it all I give God all the glory!
Pls we humbly request let it run along with Yoruba so we could learn the lyrics with understanding. Ur Ghanaian new subscriber . Thank you and God bless you
Wow!! If I could give this song a million stars and love, I would gladly do it over and over again. This song is refreshingly inspiring. God bless everyone involved. ❤❤❤❤❤
Nobody will believe that such a blessed song will be coming from a celestial church because of the bad name they’ve given the church but i believe where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty for great exploits. This song has been my daily praise and confession because everything i am and everything i will ever be, He is my helper, My EBENEZER…. More grace to my brother Kent and the apex choir.
The Masterpiece rings so many positive bells. Listening via headset makes the wave travel through the ears to the nose making it watery and the eyes with emotional tears each time as I listen, and completed with a swollen head for me. Although I am a BAPTIST right from birth and till now with my own family, CCC is bombing already. The song is really CELESTIAL. This is sounds descending from the heavens. Simple progression, cool harmony, cool voicing, top notch instrumentation with no rush. I can go on and on I LOVE IT, I LOVE THIS PRODUCTION too, I wish I can be in that studio at least Interdenominational feel, interreligious touch with the presence that glorious, Jesus loving Hijabite makes it more bursting. Sister Sola Allyson should please join for another collaboration of thesame arrangement with her anointed voicing, wealth of musical knowledge and experiences. May God continue to pour out His Spirit in these last days.
Use of such headcovers is not limited to only one particular religion hope you know. Even Christian in regions where cold, dust is prevalent have this forms.
Ghanaian here. Doesn't matter that I don't understand the lyrics but 'glory hallelujah' part blows me away. First time I heard it yesterday, I nearly fell off my chair. I am in awe.
i am not this religious type of person ... but the moment i listened to this song ... all my anxiety vanished ... am a yoruba and i understand yoruba perfectly ... is about giving thanks to God for all he has done .. for what he has done no matter the condition

The Lord is moving in the midst of Nigeria and Africa and it is EVIDENCED in the NEW Songs of Praise that He is inspiring His children to write and bring to the world. It tells me that He is working in that Continent beyond what we can yet see or perceive and it shall come to pass that the Lord our God, in the time appointed, delivers HIS PEOPLE! We raise our Ebenezer!
Thank God for diverse gifts. Some can sing, some can play instruments, some can direct and produce, some can appreciate it all. All come together to become a beautiful masterpiece. God bless the crew and the listeners. Most importantly, thanks be to God for everything you have done for us!❤
This song is an all-time classic! Thank you! Kent, Apex Choir, EmmaOMG, ID CABASA! Mr Wols. I love you all! More Grace for more Creative Master pieces.
This song has been on replay consistently for the past 3 days on my phone and even on TV. It felt like the song was pulled from my soul to the mouth of the people singing it. There was no shouting just sincere appreciation to our creator and God. If you have ever survived trials and tribulations, this song is for you, it would narrow your focus to the unseen miracles you have enjoyed without even knowing it. Ebenezeri mi re oluwa, there is no thanking you enough!
Want to thank God for allowing you to unleash a message that speaks to souls and one that triggers man's heart of gratitude. It arouses mortal being's consciousness to the reality of God's absolute power in enabling man to pass through the travails of life unharmed. It legitimizes God as the one who makes us to reach greater heights only through His benevolence but not through man's wisdom or effort. lm sure this song will permeate all corners of the world and be a testsment of God's goodness to His peoples in whatever situation they may find themselves. Shalom.
God! Thanks for inspired your son Kent and the amazing team. Even when I don’t sing this song out, my spirit has been singing it to my maker within me and testimonies are rolling in for me.

I like the depiction of unity in the images, cutting across denominations. You guys might be onto something (ya know) in terms of fostering a united front to music production and videography that isn't conventional. Let there be a new generation that shatters the divisionism in the body of Christ. I really like it and I hope KENT you will seize this moment. I think it is an amazing idea. We serve a living God, the same God under different tenets. But He alone is God.
I'm amazed by the incredible effort put into creating this masterpiece, and I can only hope that everyone involved is blessed by God's mercy. Personally, I can't get enough of it and find myself playing it on repeat all the time.
Still wondering what heaven would be like? Abi this has given you clue why we should be in heaven?....God please help me to glorify you on earth and sing hallelujah to you in heaven.

Yoruba language is melodic
When it’s your time it’s your time nothing can stop you at all. Lord I am grateful for all you do. My Ebenezer
When it is your time, it's your time. You gat it
Oh wow, this song is brilliant.
This is very symbolic! The unity of Faith in motion picture 👍🏻
When you see a truly inspired song rendered to God you will know. The calmness it brings, the peace it gives and the upliftment both of spirit and body.

The glory that the world sees and are shouting, it is done by You (Lord).
Our mouth is filled with songs of hallelujah.
Stanza 2:
Thank You for where you started,
Thank You for how far You have done it,
We are grateful Lord,
For where You are taking us.
If the Lord has not been on our side,
Where would we have landed?
But now we give thanks again and again.
Stanza 3:
Because some trust in chariots, some trust in horses
We that trust in You,
This is how far You have led us
It is a glorious place; that is why we say,
Songs of hallelujah, songs of hosannah, songs of ebenezer and hosanna, filled our mouth!
Vocals:
Sing Ebenezer o o!
Hitherto you have helped us!
It is established!
Let us Dance and rejoice!
Thank You for where You started!
Mass Voice:
Oh, oh, oh, oh! We combine our voices to give thanks, (2x)
Oh, oh, oh, oh! We sing song for joy and bring our thanks, (2x), (because)
Inexhaustible and uncountable blessings that You have given to us (ah! ah! ah! ah!)
That is why we a thanking You (Lord)
Vocals:
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, (oh! eh! oh, oh, oh, oh!)
Bless the Lord oh my soul
I bring offerings unto Him
We combine our voices to give thanks
Because of His inexhaustible goodness
(I say), inexhaustible and uncountable goodness that You have given to us (ah! ah! ah! ah!)
The whole world speaks of Your goodness because of inexhaustible goodness that you do to me
This is our ebenezer, hitherto has Thou (Lord) helped us.
Hallelujah 🙌

I cry multiple times listening to this music. God has helped me.
Came back to this song today 10th of July, 2024. Thank you Lord for how far you’ve helped me.
Who else thought it was Fals singing the first time you saw this video?
I'm not a fan of white garment, but this sounds like Angels singing in heaven. I felt the Spirit working in the song! Amazing
Same here. This is just totally different
Pointless and tactless! Come down from your high horse and just focus on the song.
Let me comment on this to remind me everytime someone comments on it that I have to show God to the world without leaving Celestial. I will teach the Jesus of the bible that is devoid of denomination in this same Cele church and will help others do so
I implore you to find a good white garment church and attend their service for once, come back and share your experience. Thank me later.
😢😢😢😢😢 thank you lord as I'm listening to this song oh lord bless me and settle all my debts
God almighty will settle them all in Jesus mighty name and set you free from borrowing other loans later in life in Jesus name.
I’m a Cameroon 🇨🇲 listening to this song gives me so much confidence and happiness within ❤❤thank God for this masterpiece
My observation stems from the diversity of dress codes and mannerisms displayed in the shooting. It is quite an insight. I mean, isn't it provocatively insightful and interesting to see a lady on Ijab in the team?! Again, the team accommodated her and others on mufti to mix with those on Sutana despite the 'Celestial' inspiration of the original rendition of the song. It mattered less to the team the potential criticisms such uncommon diversity may attract than the symbolic harmony it projects. And that is something impressive!
Well said

Due respect to ALL involved in this production, from the cleaners to gatekeepers , the tailor that sewed the uniforms used, ALL i
said ALL.

Spot on with chills
Can I like this song more than 100 times please... This song really blew me away. The melody is heavenly.
This song is spiritual, the concept can't be understand by ordinary man. The lyrics may look simple but the meaning is deep. More inspiration Kent.

Listening to this song on my way to work this moning. I was at the bus stop and I didn't known when my eyes started becoming teary. The song summarises my whole life in the last one year. If not for God for who has been on my side.... more inspiration Kent and team. Plead that the video should also have a English subtitle
I align with u....my eyes shed tears on morning while driving to work...just kldmt control the tears....Oluwa e se pupo
Oluwaseun

This music needs to go global... we need the English, French and if possible other global languages needs to be subtitle.
I can go on and on
I LOVE IT, I LOVE THIS PRODUCTION too, I wish I can be in that studio at least
Interdenominational feel, interreligious touch with the presence that glorious, Jesus loving Hijabite makes it more bursting.
Sister Sola Allyson should please join for another collaboration of thesame arrangement with her anointed voicing, wealth of musical knowledge and experiences.
May God continue to pour out His Spirit in these last days.
You just spoke my mind, I earnestly wish this song is remixed with Sis. Sola Alyson......
This is extremely soul lifting... I love the arrangement, harmony, and melody. More grace in Jesus's name
This is one song that never fails to raise my spirit whenever I am down. It's so powerful and pure. God bless you all for the work you put into it
I sighted Alhaja in the video 🎉❤. This is lovely. The song is soul lifting🙏🤲
Me too
Use of such headcovers is not limited to only one particular religion hope you know. Even Christian in regions where cold, dust is prevalent have this forms.
Ghanaian here. Doesn't matter that I don't understand the lyrics but 'glory hallelujah' part blows me away. First time I heard it yesterday, I nearly fell off my chair. I am in awe.
i am not this religious type of person ... but the moment i listened to this song ... all my anxiety vanished ... am a yoruba and i understand yoruba perfectly ... is about giving thanks to God for all he has done .. for what he has done no matter the condition
because God that can bring us this far can still take us far to a better place

This song is always on repeat on my phone. I edited it to my ringtone. God bless you Kent, OhmyGod, Apex choir, other christian denomination singers, ID Cabasa, and Mr. Wolz. Also a very big shout to the Amazing Alhaja in the video.
I sight the Alhaja too ooo..... God bless everyone.
It's such a powerful piece.
After watching the main video, I felt so proud being a Celestial member.
I downloaded the audio and there is no day I don't play the 24 minutes plus track at least twice a day. It's so powerful.
God bless you.
I play it 2time in one hour for 8hours at work.....it is soul lifting
This is not a celestial song, not a Christian song, nor a Muslim song.
It’s a soul lifting sound and irrespective of religion the soul is the same
@@blackguy7100 says who? This song as performed in Celestial Church of Christ, Ketu International HQ during their 42nd anniversary. And he composed it for that anniversary. So what are you saying?
@@blackguy7100 and when I say I am proud to be a Celestial, I don't think that should be a worry to you. Just listen to it as you want and let me comment what I want.
Please how can I watch the full video?

This is arguably the best song of the year. I am listening for the umpteenth time. Soul-lifting and technically well arranged and produced song. Salute!!! ❤❤❤
Never always believe any form of remix can beat the original. But this is totally heartwarming. Great video concept too
I'm a Ghanaian and don't understand anything but this songs ignites my spirit. God bless the composer and singers , I wish God answers my heart desires as I keep listening to this heavenly music

Am a Muslim but I love this song
This song has been on replay consistently for the past 3 days on my phone and even on TV. It felt like the song was pulled from my soul to the mouth of the people singing it. There was no shouting just sincere appreciation to our creator and God. If you have ever survived trials and tribulations, this song is for you, it would narrow your focus to the unseen miracles you have enjoyed without even knowing it. Ebenezeri mi re oluwa, there is no thanking you enough!
My husband has been playing this song for three weeks straight. Today I felt compelled to watch this video and I have to say this is beautiful.
No doubt this song was written with the inspiration of the holy spirit. God bless you all real good.
I think ID Cabasa should do more gospel productions nice music great production
Yeaaaah, I've missed him though
#on repeat 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Well done Kento, Apex Choir, EmmaohmyGod, ID Cabasa, the entire crew 🙌🏽🙌🏽 @Peter David, I see you behind the drums🤗.
Can’t get enough!
@kent edunjobi, this is your time bro👍🏽. I’m so glad it’s here at last
I like the depiction of unity in the images, cutting across denominations.
I totally agree
This song just gives me the feeling and hope that everything will be okay no matter the circumstance.
This is a beautiful song, I don't understand the words but I have listened to the song more than 10 times.
Pls do remix with Aunty sola Allyson 😂💜💜💜Abi na Refix
Yes ó let's have a touch of aunty Sola Allyson
Nathaniel Bassy will fit in well with this piece
@@luvsesan4eva literally every one even Aunty Tope, Dunsin.. the song is a masterpiece, it’s heavenly 🙌
To the woman in hijab, may God grant you all your heart desires. You are God's love.
Ameen 🙏🏾 thank you and may he grant all yours as well 🙏🏾
