I've been looking around to see where Gerard is now. Not much to find out. I hope he is living as happy as he can in this life he built for himself over the traumas he shared to us in these songs. I can't believe how time passes and things change but somehow stay the same. 14 years back when I was around 12, I cheerfully listened to MCR. Now, my soul shakes from those lyrics and the fact that it seems I learned some goddamn thing: I am this sad song, too. Sometimes going back in times feels like going forward doesn't it? Man i am sitting here listening to them at the age of 32 remembering when i was in middle school listening to these guys. they were the band i ran to when i was hurting. when i needed to feel understood. I have cried, laughed, sang everyone song on the top of my lungs. I may not listen to this band as much as i used but they will forever hold a special in my heart.
i remember being in middle school and requesting this song at a school dance because i was ~~**~quirky*~~*~ back then and always trying to get other people to listen to the kind of music I liked. When I was in the 7th grade I had to sit next to a girl on the bus because everywhere else was full. She has earbuds in while listening to her iPod nano. She offered me to listen in on one earbud and told me that it was the best album ever. I listened and liked it so much. I found her after school to finish listening where we left off. The album was Welcome to the Black Parade. I still listen to this album along with other childhood favorites to this day. I am 26 years old now and it still is one of the best albums ever.

I've been looking around to see where Gerard is now. Not much to find out. I hope he is living as happy as he can in this life he built for himself over the traumas he shared to us in these songs.
I can't believe how time passes and things change but somehow stay the same. 14 years back when I was around 12, I cheerfully listened to MCR. Now, my soul shakes from those lyrics and the fact that it seems I learned some goddamn thing: I am this sad song, too. Sometimes going back in times feels like going forward doesn't it?

Black Parade has really come at a perfect time for me. I'm scared, disenchanted with my life, angry at the reality that life has given me, and dealing with so many issues at once. This album speaks to me on a deep level. Plus the music just rocks.

Man i am sitting here listening to them at the age of 32 remembering when i was in middle school listening to these guys. they were the band i ran to when i was hurting. when i needed to feel understood. i remember being in middle school and requesting this song at a school dance because i was ~~**~quirky*~~*~ back then and always trying to get other people to listen to the kind of music I liked. They played the song towards the end and I was sitting on the bleachers because I didn't actually like dancing but when the song started everyone started slow dancing to it as I sat there watching and that memory is imprinted in my mind for some reason.

When I was in the 7th grade I had to sit next to a girl on the bus because everywhere else was full. She has earbuds in while listening to her iPod nano. She offered me to listen in on one earbud and told me that it was the best album ever. I listened and liked it so much. I found her after school to finish listening where we left off. The album was Welcome to the Black Parade. I still listen to this album along with other childhood favorites to this day. I am 26 years old now and it still is one of the best albums ever.
I don't know why, but every time that I listen to this song my heart is incredibly moved. A masterpiece in my opinion.
