Ye 13 dec ka hai. Aur abhi agr jana chahte ho to kuch din bad jana kyuki chopta me bhi snow bahot jyada snow fall ho rakha hai to abhi bahot risky hai

Agr kund se local taxi lete to wo safe hai, tb to aap ja sakte hai.

Is it safe to travel by local bus till chopta

There is no direct bus to Chopta from Haridwar or Rishikesh

If you want to travel by bus, it goes only till Kund or Ukhimath or Rudraprayag, after that you can take a taxi whose rate is season based
