    What is Multiple Sclerosis ❓
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerves. Signs and symptoms of MS vary widely and depend on the amount of nerve damage and which nerves are affected. Some people with severe MS may lose the ability to walk independently or at all, while others may experience long periods of remission without any new symptoms. There's no cure for multiple sclerosis. However, treatments can help speed recovery from attacks, modify the course of the disease, and manage symptoms.

I've probably been eating like this for over 10 years now. I still need the help of an assistant but life has become easier. Can do more things like exercise, theatre, cinema, hanging out with friends. And I can tolerate heat better. I feel clearer in my head. And since I was able to train more, of course the body is getting better and I can withstand the tougher days better. So YES, it is important what you put into yourself. And the journey has paid off. All the best to you Seb.

Thanks for posting this. Do you have exacerbated symptoms in the heat? If so, has the Wahl's protocol improved it? It looks sunny and warm where you are.

I do feel worse when it gets warm, as if my muscles turn to mush. But I prefer that to the tremors I get when it’s cold! I’m hoping to see some improvement on those 🙏🏻🧡

I must say that you are looking much better than 6 months ago. Only one question: Do your parents live in Mexico? Since I live in the Phoenix area, the background seemed awfully familiar. (Sorry if this is too personal. I don't know what boundaries that you have set up for yourself.)

I'm glad you're doing well. I remember reading Terry Wahl's saying that she avoids dairy because it gives her severe facial pain. If you don't have that issue, you might not need to avoid dairy. It would be interesting to see how you do if you add dairy.

      Well… I’m doing great without dairy so I wouldn’t want to risk it… 🙏🏻🧡

Almost all diseases begins in the gut. Diseases are linked with inflammation. Gluten and dairy are normally the biggest causes of this so its not surprising you feel better by taking them out of your diet. If you want to really heal as best you can you have to go full carnivore, and considering you have MS a very serious autoimmune disease I suggest you do. I know people think red meat causes health issues, but unfortunately we live in a world where scientist can easily be bought out by sugar companies and people can make results up and spread propaganda. So the average person believes the lies and people continue to eat sugary foods / artificial sweeteners that are clearly not good for you because almost no one is saying not to. As to why cut out even veggies, all living things want to survive, so plants produce toxins to prevent them from being eaten. These toxins will negatively affect unhealthy people who are immune compromised (still way better to eat veggies than Gluten or dairy). So that leaves just meat as the only thing that you should be able to have that causes zero inflammation. Without inflammation you do not have to suffer further symptoms of the disease. I have tried keto, it helped with my issues, carnivore fixed them all. You can look at people like Mikhaila Peterson, her father and mother who also went carnivore and it fixed their health issues as well. Mikhaila had to have several bones replaced before she was an adult, now she is on no medicine and has no symptoms. Unfortunately once you start eating normally again you will start to experience symptoms again.
