this universal is not the universal of theme parks by the btw way many of their more well-known arcade games were twists on existing games space panic was a side scrolling version of heiankyo alien ladybug was a take on pacman and mr. do is a take on dig dug not to say these games weren't original, as their changes did more than enough to make them distinct from their inspirations. mr. do would also go on to receive a few sequels. the one i find the most interesting is visco's 1996 neo mr. do, released just under a decade after the prior original mr. do game
