I just want a REAL port of this game on consoles and steam. ESPECIALLY Steam, considering all we ever got was Typing of the Dead Overkill.

It runs on the unreal engine, so at the very least it could get console ports. Here's hoping the Switch is one of them.
If HOTD 1-3 got PC ports..then 4 and SD needs to be ported as well. Maybe a HOTD Anthology pack for Steam, PS4 and Switch with HOTD 1-SD would be awesome tho :)

@@bryguy1750 look at 0:37 it says to be continued on the next house of the dead so they are planning to make another one but as the rate it took them to make this one we probably wont see the sequel until 10 years from now they take forever to make these HOTD games.. And to answer your question on who would return i am gonna go on a limb and think the next HOTD takes place after House of the dead 3 so it would only make sense to Bring Back G as well as Rogan as the 2 main protagonist since they were that last ones affiliated with this story line

I'm just confused that this game takes place in 2006 yet Kate seems to have a device that resembles 2010's iphones/androids. She looks amazing in this game, her and the graphics are probably one of the few good things in this game.
We did have the Microsoft Zune, but that got its ass kicked by iphone.

I feel this game is only made to fill in the gaps, answer a few questions, and give the franchise a decent send off if they don't make another one.

All the endings were nice, but as I predicted, no G ending....
I honestly wish they would make a true sequel chronologically cause from what I understand HOTD3 still remains the furthest ahead in the timeline.

Late ass comment but no blood, not many bosses and the last boss was the worst one of the series in my opinion they should focus on console ports rather than the arcade aspects

Hotd 3 4 and overkill had decent voice acting why go back? It’s a stupid old joke cause all games were bad at that back then but now it just makes the game hard to feel cool like a big boss comes in like the moon and talks to Kate and Ryan he sounded so dumb it took any cool points he had away and don’t get me started on Kate and Ryan Kate sounds like she has autism now and Ryan just sounds like a dork. It doesn’t make more people buy the game it makes for a funny UA-cam video then people will actually think the game is bad because of that. It will be successful though it’s house of the dead I’ve been waiting for this for like 10 years now

Bueno, según lo que leí dicen que el juego contará con un modo online, así que básicamente es probable su porteo. Lo veo bien para Switch este juego.
Dudo que para Ps3.. Pero el Thotd 4 estuvo mucho más logrado. Esta entrega en cuanto a la jugabilidad la veo monotona y aburrida para unas cuantas veces. No sé que tiene el 4 que lo hace más entretenido aunque tengas una Uzi(o algo así- simplemente llamemosla arma con disparo rapido) que sea interesante de jugar, dado que en un punto se vuelve sumamente facil, no acomáración de las otras entregas donde tenias un disparo por tiempo.

The worst of the series so far, both plotwise and gameplaywise.

Story wise, Overkill is the worst.
Game play wise, HotD3 still is the worse.
However, this game nearly beat both of them. Nearly. The plot is so bad, and the game play while fast paced, it's just too hard and too unfair
HOTD3 at least had some interesting concepts and delved deeper into the lore than most games of the series, not to mention it has one of the best final bosses in the entire series. This game however has no redeeming qualities: gameplay sucks, bosses are easy as hell, the Final Boss is a monumental letdown, adds nothing to the lore, and in general it's just there for the sake of being there, it has no actual purpose.
@@BefallGaming if they made HotD6, they better take notes of what makes HotD 1-4 great and get a grip. Or hell, bring the fans to help work on this game, I'll be gladly help
