I do agree, Dan! It’s a consistency issue with D-Lux. I have had amazing iterations of the plant based burger and it’s the best I’ve also got the spam version. Same with the fries sometimes amazing, sometimes bad. I would still advise people to go because if you are lucky and get the good chef/staff you are in for a treat. Take the gamble!
D luxe burger is a good burger. So many places serve crap burgers and this one has never disappointed me.
D-Luxe burger is actually one of our favorite places in Disney Springs. We have never gotten the things yall did….we always get regular burgers and fries, which are both really good. I agree with another commenter in that it deserves a redo…with regular burgers and their fries too. 🙌🏻
I ate there for the first time this past October. What I did not like was eating by myself lol, because my family had already ate. The place was packed so it was hard to find an empty seat to eat at lol. It was great though. I hope to go again soon with friends or a significant other.
We went this past summer and had the same experience as you! Did not enjoy it at all and was so looking forward to it! Onto the next one!
My only thought is you did not try enough true burgers: one was a chicken sandwich and one was veggie. I think i still want to try this place.
Aw this is one of our favorite spots in Disney Springs! The sides are a little pricey but the fries come in a similar shareable portion size so I think it's a good value. This is Disney operated so this a great spot if you have dietary/allergy restrictions as getting QS in DS with food allergies can sometimes be tricky.
Every burger we’ve had has been delicious. We love the fries, onion rings and unlimited dipping sauces.
Our family was just there on Monday for lunch and we got the regular cheeseburgers, two orders of fries, the onion rings. We decided to try there again because we’ve had great previous lunches there. The onion rings were on point and I love how they keep their garlic aïoli chipotle and the other sauce refrigerated. That is key to a great dipping sauce. Sounds like next time you go back might want to stick with the cheeseburgers.
This is always a must for me. I just LOVE their burgers and sitting outside. I love that I can mobile order and someone brings it to me. it's such a great combo of quick but sit down. I had their seasonal French onion soup burger last month when I was down for runDisney and it was INSANE! And any place that has refill fountain drinks wins extra points for me. I also love all the self-serve sauces.

I haven’t eaten there yet but if it’s there next time I visit i’d like to try it. I also like how you each for a different protein offering but I wonder if you got at least one of the “core” burgers they make every day rather than the limited time special offering if it would change the review at all? Just to have a good baseline of their “everyday” tried and true.
I have Black Tap at downtown Disney which seems similar to this place and honestly I’ve been underwhelmed by it so I can totally understand your experience and review at the same time.
I think the last time we ate there was 2018 as well. We did enjoy the burgers and fries, but haven't really felt the need to go back. There are just so many great places in Disney Springs that we find it hard to use our valuable time and stomach space for some pretty good burgers. It's hard to pick a burger over Polite Pig, Pepe, WBG, Boathouse (those filet sliders!) or Jock Lindsey's apps for lunch at DS.
The BBQ burger was great when we visited from 🇬🇧 UK last year. We’re looking forward to going back in September, it’s a great quick serve choice. Shakes were delicious too! A lot of people I know from here that visit Disney Springs say they head to D-Luxe. Maybe give it another try and order a regular burger. Great vlog though!
This is the only review I cannot agree with. D-luxe burger is a pretty good burger, not amazing, but I can’t have someone base their experience at a burger place when eating a chicken sandwich, and a plant based sandwich. They probably sell 5 plant based sandwhiches a month. They deserve a redo next week.

I tried the pork belly burger and it was soooooo good!! But my mom got the plant based and said it was awful.
Not worth what you paid for, should give you French fries with it !

I'm happy to see the review on this! Good to see the ambience is decent! I get the Yellowstone reference. Cute. Interesting how the service works. Odd how there are no restrooms. Not what I expected. Expensive, too! Burgers are super healthy if it's just the patty (eat it on the daily), but then maybe that's not a burger! Brave man! Lol yeah the impossible stuff is no bueno. One look at the ingredients and you'll see why! I think a black bean burger would be a better option, too bad they don't go for that. Thank you for reviewing! But no offense if ur doing a vid on burger place at least eat a burger not the side dishes unless u say plant based d burger review cuz it’s not a real real review. I love you guys but I don’t agree with y’all’s review on this one. The place is a “burger” place and only one of you got a burger, and it was your kid and it wasn’t really a burger. If it’s on the menu it’s fair game. If they can’t do it well, it shouldn’t be on the menu. Why try three burgers when you go to a place that has a variety of things on the menu?
Go review White Castle and then tell the truth after eating. After that go next door to Portillo's and you will enjoy that meal.
