I really enjoyed the tour! A couple questions about your Rhino Drop In: -If you have a 45lb plate on the Rhino, how far does it extend out from the back of the rack? -Does the Rhino get in the way if you want to bench inside the rack? Thanks!
Incredible setup! I just see one possible limit: doesn't the elevated platform of the rhino could interfere with the bench placement if you do incline/decline/flat bench press inside the rack? Thanks you 👍
Dang.. I am a year late.. I just got the Monster trolley arms.. and I also have the monolifts as well as spotter arms. I am working on a wall mount rogue rack though. I dread the idea of moving the trolley arms to the bottom, then putting the monolifts on to do bench. Is there any concern with the amount of weight on the monolift.. e.g. the pin that holds it in.. I know it's big.. just wondering if putting 400 or so lbs on a barbell on the monolift while its on the trolley arms is an issue? I doubt I'll ever get beyond 300 or so. Also, I assume you leave the monolifts on while you use the arms to work out?
What’s the exact measurement of the uprights? I’m moving to Europe soon and it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to secure this rack before I leave. Was looking at a EU brand (Again Faster) rack and they list theirs at 80mm x 80mm. Hoping Rogue’s attachments will work. Really looking at the Trolley Arms. Thanks.
With the use of the drop in rhino, do you find issues performing incline bench within the rack? Specifically asking if the bench be placed far enough back against the rhino lower cross member to properly unrack the weight from J-Cups.
yea I was thinking about getting the rhino belt squat plus rack..the rack it's 24" but it looks like there is only about 4-5 inches of space from the front uprights ato the rhino platform on floor..i don't see how I can do incline, decline using a bench outside of rack? Right now I have a prx wall rack and when I do decline and incline bench I have to move the bench back about 13 inches so I can bench..I don't think I will be able to bench outside this rack with rhino built in to it:( I emailed rogue and they said that not even the 30" rack will work with a bench outside since it only has about 6-9 inches of space in the front:( so I don't know what they ment by me been able to lift outside of rack without a bench. Lol.. Iam I supoused to bench, incline, decline standing up without bench. Lol I don't know what's the purpose of them selling it with rack if I can't really use rack not even outside of it?
it looks like if you push your hips back you don't have a vertical cable anymore, looks like its pulling you at an angle. Some people had mentioned to me that it puts knee sheering no matter where you stand:( I have a bad knee and this is what's preventing me from getting rhino and the loading on vertical pin is preventing me from getting squat max. I guess nothing its perfect. lol. don't know which one to get yet
Awesome mate. I will buy an RM4 soon. Could you please do a review of the Rhino in the future? I will definitely buy it. (Would also like a review of the lever arms). Have a nice week!!
This rack is everything I’m trying to develop myself! The clear satin has changed my mind on color choice! My only question to you is what depth is required from the front of the rack to the back with plates mounted to the Rhino (55lb large)? I found details from Rogue but not the amount of space required for plate mounting to the rhino. I can’t seem to find this anywhere. The area I’m renovating now is limited and I’d like to make sure we have the room. Thanks for all your help with this! 👍🏼
I’m not sure I understand your question. Yes you can use the belt squat with a person squatting inside rack at the same time. However, if you have two people squatting at the same time you both cannot be in the cage at the same time....
MannieG can you have some one squat inside the rack with a barbell with the belt squat in there ? You know how they sale the stand alone belt squat and the drop in belt squat can the drop in belt squat be place alone out of the rack if you decide to not have it in there ? Thank you
@@user-fj2or3xp2c I believe if you purchase the drop in model you will also need to purchase the legs for the standalone Rhino if you want to convert back to stand alone.
Great setup, I’m of getting a setup like yours a rm6 rack with the monster rhino belt squat. I want to make sure it fits my area. Would you mind letting me know the length of the rack with the belt squat.
@@manniemjg Hell yeah, same here. The Lobo gave it away. If you are ever selling anything please hit me up man. I should be getting my rml 490c this week 💪
Nice. This is basically the rogue RM-8 banshee. I have noticed your deadlift platform and was hoping you could review that.
Great review but please slow down the camera movement when doing closeups. Too fast and appears blurry in the video. Great setup!
And this is what they look like..👏🏻👏🏻😂. Love the shrimp trawler set up.
Really well done. Rogue should pay you. You show accessories I’ve never seen on their website.
Nice setup, thanks for sharing

Where did you order the plates from? Thanks. sick set up.

Where did you get a magnetic chalk holder? I’ve been trying to find one with no luck.
What is your ceiling height, compared to the rack? Have you seen any issues if you wanted to attachments such as the slinger?
No issues! Rigged my own slinger.
How much does the rhino sitck out from the rack>? do you know the inches?
What height did you go for with this rack?
I’m still new to training, and find that I hit the standard J-Cups when stepping out. Does the mono lift arms help prevent that?
Yeah, so with the monolift you don't need to walk the bar out, you unrack and the arms fall away
What is the height of your rack?
100”
Total cost?
Gotta hold that camera still for a second.
Which rhino? Drop in or stand alone? Thanks
Drop in.
Looking to get one as well. What total length of the rm6 with the rhino?
Thanks
@@knightman_cometh wondering this as well
That’s an insane garage gym, dude. You must have a great job lol
Super love those rubber grip plates. I got huge hands I'm getting those. I seriously need them

your camera handling is pathetic. plz try to improve with slow movement.
That is a badass rack. Love the clear coat. Definitely the color I would choose. Congratulations, awesome set up

I will have one up real soon.
What's the height of the rack vs your ceiling? How much clearance when the garage is open? How big/ heavy is the aqua bag?
Check out my IG. stone_street_gym this will answer your question. Bag is 190lbs.
Classic case…when dudes have too much money and not enough brains
Very insightful.

Outstanding rack. I wanted to ask you what kind of flooring that you have. I also saw that you have a leg press what is the manufacturer.

Doesn’t defeat the purpose of having 2 squatters in this rack if you the belt squat in there ? Can that belt squat be use as a stand alone

Great video and setup! What make/model are the rubber grip plates? I’d really like to get some for my home gym.
Thanks for the review! Did you ever consider the Sorinex XL when you were shopping for a rack?
Do you prefer the grey name plate over the Satin clear ? Beautiful rack
Great video, amazing setup. how high is the rack? will you add a slinger to use it with the rhino?
Bad ASS!!!!! That would be MY dream system. It's got everything.
Can you post a list of your setup for your rack? Def love it and would like a similar setup.
Just need to add a slinger and you have your lat pull downs covered .. Congrats on your set up
What is your lat / row pull system? Is it attatched to the rack or is it stand alone?
Hey Brother, I have an RM-6...do you feel the Rhino drop-in continues to remain useful for you?
Yes I do. I use it it one to two times a week.
How long did it take them to have different color? waiting for bright blue rm-6
how much did u pay for the whole thing + accessories
Will you make. Video on trolley movements
How do you feel about the slinger
how tall is your rm6?
The Shrimp Trawler with the Punching bag, when you use it does the rack shake? Any issues with weights falling off?
Check out my instagram
What’s the height?
You should do a gym tour update. Great gym so it'd be cool to see what changes you made & why.
Coming soon.
Thank you! Great overview.
Still waiting on my RM-4, same color
Nice
Are those plates urethane or rubber? Just curious
Rubber
What height are the uprights?
100”
What type of river grip plate?
Troy VTX
Hey man you in ABQ?
