Hanan Ashrawi | مع ريكاردو كرم - مقابلة مع حنان عشراوي‬‎

هي أستاذة جامعية في جامعة "بيرزيت". اختيرت في العام ١٩٩١ لتمثيل "منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية" في محادثات سلام الشرق الأوسط في مدريد لإتقانها الإنكليزية ومهارات التفاوض وفق النمط الغربي. وترأّست اللجنة الفلسطينية المستقلة للدفاع عن الحقوق المدنية كما عيّنت وزيرة لدى السلطة الفلسطينية. هي عضو مجلس أمناء "مؤسسة الدراسات الفلسطينية" وعضو المجلس الاستشاري في "مكتبة الإسكندرية". وقد حازت على العديد من الجوائز الدولية في مجالات السلام وحقوق الإنسان.
مع "ريكاردو كرم" برنامج حواري منوّع يستقبل ضيفاً أو مجموعة ضيوف، جميعهم ملهمين. يهدف من خلاله ضخّ الحماسة عند الشباب عبر الإضاءة على مواضيع أو حكايا تشكّل مصدر وحي لهم حتى يقولوا :"أنا ايضاً أستطيع".
Hanan Ashrawi, born in 1946, is a Palestinian legislator, activist, and scholar. Ashrawi was an important leader during the First Intifada. She served as the official spokesperson for the Palestinian Delegation to the Middle East peace process and has been elected numerous times to the Palestinian Legislative Council. She was the first woman elected to the Palestinian National Council. Ashrawi serves on the Advisory Board of several international and local organizations including the World Bank Middle East and North Africa (MENA), United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and the International Human Rights Council.

This interview is meaningful, hopeful and touching to hear someone like Hanaan Ashrawi speak about her role and also to know that she has not lost her integrity to the people pf Palestine. Her views are advanced. They are peaceful yet effective. Similar to Martin Luther King Jr.. We need more people to insist on peaceful and just resolution to issues of conflict, wherever and whatever they may be. Great interview. On point re Trump and his ignorance about life and the world and everyday people....and the wisdom to know not to talk to him because he is not awake re our planet and in fact, he is putting us all in jeopardy because of his backward thinking and ignorance. The interviewer as well, Ricardo Karam is excellent. This was a most satisfying interview. Thank you!

And concerning Trump, he's not so bad. He's not the problem. Of course, he's a slave of the Zionists, but so was Obama. So are all US presidents. Clinton would've been worse. She'd have waged even more wars on Syria and other Arab countries.

نحن نحترم قضية فلسطين ونتوق لحريتكم لكننا نتوق لكلمة حق أن منظمة التحرير قاتلت اللبنانيين على أرضهم وتسببت بخراب كثير في وطن كان جنة قبل دخول مقاتلين عرفات. متى سيعترف مسؤولين فتح بخطئهم تجاه وطن الأرز الذي لجؤوا إليه.
