Try this code to save the active worksheet as a separate file.
As shown in the video, change the cell reference of invoice number, customer name, and Path & Name of the New file as per your requirement.

I have a Exel yearly income workbook and use invoice pad I leave one copy with customer then write the details into the work book when I get home is there a code for me to make a invoice on my phone and enter details print of or email a copy to my customers. Then details automatically update to my work book at home on my Mac for tax purposes kind regards

Your code is alright.
In the left Project explorer bar in the VBA window, you are maybe selecting "this workbook" and entering code there.
Try one of the following to correct it.
1. Instead of "this workbook", select the sheet which you want to convert to pdf and then enter code there.
2. Insert a New Module from the top menu bar in VBA window. Insert > Module. Then enter your code there.
