I felt AD was the most disrespected superstar in the NBA coming into last season. AD had asked for true centers to play beside him like they had in 2020 for years but Jeanie and Rob just ignored him. Jeanie wanted to market a 5-out offense and that meant AD had to play the 5 full-time whether he wanted to or not. What other superstar gets treated like that by their team? With LeBron having an out (which I hope he takes) it gives tremendous leverage to AD. The Lakers should build a roster and hire a head coach based on what AD wants and if they don’t AD should force a trade and get away from Jeanie and her dysfunction.
The players were complaining in January about Ham and Jeanie said that she wasn't going to fire the coach, she doesn't care. She didn't even care enough to make sure that Kobe's statue was without errors. Get her outta here!
I would hire Cassell he will hold players accountable.

It is embarrassing. Jeanie needs to just drop a bag on Bob Myers and let him do all the work. Pelinka is not a good GM. We got lucky with how the pieces fell in 2020.

JJ Reddick/ Sam Cassell are the coaches of the Lakers, they are more knowledgeable of the game than any of the current candidates that have been considered. They are your coach that will take the team far into the future as well as a minimal contract initially. They will manage the locker room along with input from veterans LeBron and AD; they are players coachs and understands the needs of there coaching staff. We need two real bigs, Valanciunas/Drumond/Dwight ( ie 2020 chip) along side AD, we need a six man, Dramond/Bobby Portes etc. We need a two way guard to manage Jamall Murry and Anthony Edwards.... Demar/Donavan/Caruso/Keli Ubrea/Marcus Smart/JaMonte Murray/Brogden/Bones Hyland . We have the assets, the picks and the money to make this happen. Good article by Bill Plaschke in the Sunday Sports Section of the LA Times. Glad Plaschke had the gonads to call out the real Cancer and Diva of this one-time storied Franchise. LBJ is the source of all circus and absurd franchise behavior..and Jeanie Buss is more interested in Bright Lights and being LeStat's enablers.
