Indeed and sometimes it is borderline unfair and it pushes some of us to be more masculine even if we do not want it. It also happened to me until I have a Romeo who likes me by just being me and doesn't mind that I'm flamboyant, loud, poetic and geekish.

Analysis [Justin, Bong, Alex]
Comparing Justin & Bong's love experiences based on sharing their past relationships to us, they are really the opposite poles.
(1) Justin is the type who plays it safe, there's nothing wrong with it. As for me, being 'play safe' should not be invalidated. There are ones who just want to have a less complicated relationship. That's why Justin said, before he officially ended the relationship he's like way too ready. So, he's just waiting for that moment. [That's why for Stanley, he's a walking red flag, which is understandable].
(2) On the other hand, Bong is a 'risk-taker' he's the type of man who will cling and hang on to his feelings until the last straw. He's is too honest and pure. He will not wait for time to tell the truth. He wants the truth right away.
Alex is the type of person who wants to be led in a relationship. That is why he has tendency to be swayed easily. He needs someone who can boost his self-esteem and someone who can turn his insecurities into inspiration. He needs a driving force.
It's upto Alex if he'll choose (1) a calm relationship Justin can give, or (2) a relationship that deepens in time like Bong's.
It is like choosing between a lake (1) and a sea (2).
Thanks for writing this! I think Justin has been misunderstood too much. I don't think he's a player as many see him, I think he just isn't liberated at all and he can't be 100% himself and that's why he can't commit to a relationship. Fear is free and I think that he has gone to the program, among other things, to prove himself. I think he's genuinely attracted to Alex and I think they could make a good tandem 💜

Agree people might hate this comment but these are my top 3 I love Bong but I think in the end he's just to much for Alex. I think Alex needs slow,steady and real think Bong is real but let's be honest he's chaos witch is perfect for someone who can handle it . As an Igorot myself who has grown up in the Cordilleras, I can relate to Stanley's brand of candid. It's that practical, observant type of honesty that many of us here in the highlands tend to have. He's one of the few in this cast who actually tell it like it is - no filter or BS. He's the type you'd want to be in your circle and the one you'd go to if you really want to know what's up straight up - no sugarcoating needed.

Si Bong talaga nag bibigay ng Laughtrip per episodes hahaha. Direct to the point, honest, mga simple gestures and eme eme talks niya gives the audience joy, laugh and happiness talaga.
Honestly, everyone has really grown on me. Absolutely love this cast. These men are all kind, empathetic, funny, smart, and attractive in their own way.
everyone has their own characteristic, attitude, and personality. Stanley is giving something beautiful flavor in this show. It will also help him learn and grow as a person who is looking for a spark.

Also I think while sparks camp is about finding a partner, it seems like many campers see that it’s also an opportunity for them to change or grow. While I did initially ship bong & Alex, I recognize that it’s only been 2-3 days for them so feelings aren’t solid for everyone. Also Alex seems to be in a period where he’s unsure of himself, so I can see how that can influence him to be unsure of who to give his spark to. I hope this camp can be a spark for him to regain his confidence!
I really love the cast! I see them all as individuals in their own story, even if I root for certain couples. At the end of the day it’s up to the campers who they have a spark with! Love to all the campers and those watching, from the US ❤

initially, there were complaints about the casting when they announced this show; but personally, they really did a great job with it. like they have diverse personalities and it's interesting to see how they connect and interact with each other. i love that they're woke and i love that most of their insights and beliefs are to my liking. they're well-versed and open minded. tho there are some campers that you don't like, there are also who resonates with you-depending on what kind of person you are. for me, it's bong and dan (and a lil bit of nick and karl). aside from his humor, i truly love bong's transparency when it comes to what he feels. he's someone who you would want to befriend with. same with dan. i find dan very cute. like his soft personality definitely charms me. he's well-spoken and he's the kind of person u don't rly wanna hurt. i also love karl and nick's mindset. both are rly mature in a sense and i feel like the both of them would make a good couple.
aside from the campers, the host is also so good. like I've commented on this before, mother mela is definitely the best person to host the show.
ultimately, i genuinely love the show. I'm looking forward to another season, but with all the queer girls this time.
