Thank you for doing these, I had an actual minute to sit down and watch this and it helped me understand a lot. I never looked at the blogs and now I see why they’re beneficial. Also thank you for showing your stats on a cpl of Wars after i had asked, idk if it was just coincidence but if you can keep doing that, it would be much appreciated. What they could do is allow players to spend cores to lock a slot, so if you see Alien Spores, you can spend 1,000 cores to keep it there for a week. I've seen this feature in other games with RNG stores.
The alien spores update is a smart move for Scopely in two ways. 1. The lack of this resource has been tremendous for a long time. The new team creates a much higher demand on an extremely scarce resource. Thus, many will hold back on purchasing the new symbiotes or attempting to use and upgrade these new teams. 2. A look of goodwill and listening to the player base is also manifested through this decision. Both cases present a win-win for Scopely. It’s a smart play.
Tadano Mac's TCP is a bit misleading and is actually 8-12MIL higher than what is shown. Within like 2-3 days of him leaving the game, Scopely updated most/all character/s CP and like all of the top accounts gained like 6-8MIL TCP overnight - that TCP boost only triggered after you logged in and had to do something (I do not remember what). Since he hasn't logged in since, his account TCP is not currently reflecting that TCP boost.
The alien spores update is insanely good. I actually think they should rotate the uniques every 2 or 3 days and make this permanent. There's too many uniques in the game and no way to farm them properly. Besides, there's people that are going to buy cores just to refresh the store and get those uniques, so it is a win-win situation.
I disagree about scopely being nice - who created the Alien Spore bottleneck? This just fits the perception change they are looking for, Hive Mind will have at least 3 toons that need this unique, factor in super skrull needs it too and the vast majority will end up spending at some point if they decide to build the team above GT15. They just want to give you some of the drug free so you don't skip the team - get you hooked🙂
Instead of a dedicated slot for alien spores, it should be dedicated slot for a unique box. And when you buy it you get to choose which unique you want to get, wether its alien spores, infinite energy, oz formula, gamma radiation, ect. This is not to say the dedicated slot is bad, its really nice and good. Just it could be a bit better

Since they have the ability to guarantee a drop, they have the ability to guarantee it doesnt drop. This juat confirms to me they alter drop rates when people are needing specific gear.

It's nice about the spores but they're doing it to get more sales because raid teams no longer work at gt15. If you can't get a raid team to gt16, why would anyone buy them anymore? Also, the Gwenom change is going to reduce the amount of formula we have for red goblin who is probably going to be much better than Gwenom. The real answer is to make an orb with guaranteed uniques.

(When I say "this" I mean certain things or events being blocked by having to oay) Nobody can give an opinion nowadays without some people want to start an argument or inferring something that wasn't said.
What does Tadano do that he spent that much money? like his must be rolling in money even mobilegamer, and it's not like their channel has millions of subs at all how does that even out?
