Now, he has repeatedly said he isn’t doing the Arnold because he isn’t fully healed. So how much will this hamstring and calf thing hinder his leg progress? I would say obviously it has to have a big effect. So if he can only mainly focus on upper body, which was already his strength. How much more imbalanced is his going to look? I think a lot.
