As-slamo-alaikum Attention Ayat 76 at 35:05 (Last Part) iyou recited wrong. You recited la- sahirum mubeen instead of la-sihrum mubeen. It is changing the meaning. Please correct it as soon as possible.

Wait why the recitation is like nasheed? It is permissible in Islam?
To beautify it yes, the sound I think you are referring to is due to their settings( purposefully) on their sound setup. That almost echo sound it just a setting not a instrument or anything.
Reciting quran in good voice is sunnah
