- Hello! Today I baked delicious bread. Fast and easy. I no longer buy bread. I bake bread with my own hands. How do you cook bread? You can cook bread deliciously and quickly with simple recipes. Bake bread in 5 minutes. I bake bread in the oven. My grandmother taught me how to bake homemade bread. My kids love homemade cakes. Today I will show you quick bread recipes. Only 3 ingredients! Flax bread, white bread and milk bread. These are my grandmother's recipes. The fastest bread. German bread is easy to prepare. Old German bread. I love fresh recipes. They help me to bake German bread every day. We don't buy bread anymore! Helga is cooking. 2 loaves in 5 minutes. how to cook An old German recipe. Baking bread.
Recipe for Flax Bread:
550 grams of flour.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
2 teaspoons of salt.
10 grams of dry yeast.
500ml warm water.
2 tablespoons of flaxseed.
30 ml sunflower oil.
200 grams of flour.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Recipe for white bread:
700 grams of flour.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
10 grams of dry yeast.
400 ml warm water.
30 ml sunflower oil.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Recipe for milk bread:
140 ml milk.
1 egg.
3 tablespoons condensed milk.
1 teaspoon yeast.
1 teaspoon of salt.
300 grams of wheat flour.
2 tablespoons butter.
Shape 25x10cm.
sunflower oil.
Brush the surface with egg.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) minutes.
Grease the finished bread with butter or condensed milk.
Delicious!
Let the bread cool down.
The bread is very crispy!

Technically seven. Flour, sugar, salt, yeast, flax, oil and water.
it's also not "in 5 minutes" when it has a first proof of 45 minutes, a second proof of 20 minutes and then has to bake for 30 to 35 minutes plus the time to mix the dough and measure out the 7 to 9 ingredients, not 3, depending on whether you count the flour and oil as divided or two separate ingredients.
I reported them because I saw another youtuber who showed how much money UA-cam gave them for a video that had over 1 million views and it was $48,000 and why should this channel get that type of money for tricking people into viewing their video? They need to have integrity and be honest in how they draw in viewers.
I see a lot of negative comments under this post. Assuming positive intent I’m not looking to find negativity the title of this video also identifies that this recipe makes two loaves of bread so if you divided the six ingredients even seven it comes to just about three ingredients per loaf of bread. Five minutes is the amount of time it takes to bring all the ingredients together To prepare for the rise of the dough and then eventually the baking of the bread. As an experienced baker and even maybe a non-experienced baker may understand dough needs to rise and then the dough needs to be baked. Certainly we know that takes more than five minutes to bake bread. I saved this recipe and will be making it for myself and my family. Thank you to the creator for sharing this recipe with us. My kids grow up eating fresh bread and cookies every other day .We were so poor that I have to learn to cook and bake.I still love watching baking and cooking and you’re one of my favorite cook❤

I'm in Michigan. I too have adult children but have gone back to baking bread all the time. This is a good recipe but I would crush the flax seeds so you can get the awesome benefits they offer. I personally wish they didn't sell them whole. I was blessed to have family & a nutritionist who taught me the fact that they need to be crushed for the benefits or I wouldn't know. Have fun baking again!

...and 5 minutes: 5 min plus 5 min plus 5 min plus 45 min plus 5 min plus 20 min plus 5 min plus another 20 min plus 40 minutes equals 5 minutes. I guess preparing all ingredients takes even more than 5 minutes. But, any way, I'll give it a try :)

Hello from New Jersey, USA. I tried your recipe when baking the bread, the dough shrunk and did not rise as yours. Before baking, yes, the dough was nice and fluffy. Will try again. I liked the taste. :) Thank you for sharing.
I also bake my own bread. No knead sourdough rye. No pans needed or wanted. I like my bread with a nice crust roundabout. It takes 5 min. to assemble the ingredients; let rise in fridge 12 hrs over night, shape, place on cookie sheet and bake - done!

The common "Home Bread" when I was growing up was 2Cups Flour, 2 Tablespoons of Baking powder, 1 Teaspoon of salt, 1/2 Cup oil. Bake as drop biscuits or single loaf in a cake pan. You could add anything you wanted to it, such as sugaar, fruits, raisins, cheese, nuts, olives or pickles, etc.

She’s German. In Europe we don’t use teaspoons and cups for measuring because it’s quite inaccurate. It’s honestly easier if you just get a cheap little kitchen scale or use a Google converter but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t come out exact. It’s what I used to do to get used to the American way of measuring. Now I just convert everything to grams.

I live in Wisconsin, I enjoy baking bread and baking, my mother baked and our family kitchen was warm when we arrived home from school with the scent of newly baked bread and cookies, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, chocolate chips. If it was a Friday or Saturday pecan sweet rolls or a sweetheart shaped cinnamon sugar pecan morning sweet served with an scrambled eggs. I enjoy your you tube channel. Thank you.
