Don't get your hopes up too soon , this is just word of mouth and you can scout for them but it doesn't mean that the players will be pick for the national team, they the JFF always have an ulterior motive.
Quotas in Jamaica's youth football teams, while well-meaning, is undermining fairness and hinder the growth of young talent. By focusing on merit, we not only give every young player a fair chance to shine but also prepare Jamaica’s football for greater success on the global stage.
They will never get it because they do not Listen, therefore they don’t learn. They settle for mediocrity. Jamaicans are Jamaicans and the best make the team. Who cares where they reside or which country they came into this space. Better coaching, better facilities lead to a better product to support and therefore provide resources for growth. At this junction we are not there .
Kranky your program is good. However, you need to allow people to speak tou keep cutting them off. Why are you calling them on the program without allowing them to speak. You had similar issue with Katarac yet you do the same. Communication is listening and speak not at the same time. Peace sir continue the good work.
That argument is not true, that we’ve not implemented any thing revolutionary. The boys and girls championship is a testimony of something revolutionary and has no equal globally. We have the talent but in some cases we are distracted by personal aggrandizement.
The show is so disorganized..you are all over the place and that makes it difficult to listen to your program. The best thing is to divide your program into segments so that you can avoid all the side bar arguments..just a suggestion because i do believe that you are making a valuable contribution to the football discussion.
Omg I think I was alone, I wanted to listen so badly but he was all over the place, a next thing is to take the emotions out of the presentation, give us the details stop engaging with Spied
England has a race quota system which is why you will never find more than 4/5 black players in the team at any one time. Burnley operated a quota system for years as did Everton. The Arsenal women's football team has been called out for having no black players in the team. Quotas look different in different countries. Spurs academy was called out years ago for not having players representative of the area in which they were located. It's rebranded and called "lack of diversity" but it's a quota system

Regardless of any other organization having a quota, I don't think it is right when Jamaica impose this on players who are citizens due to their Jamaican heritage. Then Jamaicans complain when the players choose England after coming through the English youth systems. Why are you cursing players you did not want or try to recruit at youth level but are waiting on England having played in their youth systems?
If the host of a you tube channel doesn't allow the guest to articulate his points without shouting him down or stating it's "my programme" it's unlikely he will increase his subscriber base . It doesn't matter whether you agree with the guest or not the guests points are valid and should be discussed and respected properly. It took an hour for both of you allow each other to finish the points you were trying to make
@JermyLee-vd7jz I note that JASON Gooner said the same todsy on his show which you were listening in on and had the same experience as did CC and they were not diverting when they were on . Taking control and stating "I am not going to let you answer" (I am paraphrasing) are not the same thing.

I did not heard the word unprofessional once by the coach. 100% JFF methods are a bit of a hinder to progress.

I disagree this man is a national treasure he takes time to prepare and is very organized.

The last England senior team had 12 black players.
