- So you're looking for a Kovaak guide, you want to be the best Kovaak player possible, and you want the best training scenarios this insane Aim Trainer has to offer. I've made Kovaak progress for over 2 years now, playing all the best Kovaak routines until I progressed into a Grandmaster in Voltaic. 1000 hours? Try 2000+. But now as I sit here, a Kovaak pro aimer, a headshot aim god, I realize how much time I wasted floundering around without a guide. Aimer 7's guide works to start off, but to get the best Kovaak results from training, knowledge from tips and guides are a must. I've used Kovaak's aim training for improvement in my favorite games, and for fun...and now I bestow what I learned into this video to help any wayward souls worried they're not making any progress in Kovaak's. Get that next Voltaic Benchmark on lock!
The routine for this Sharecode is very good if you're just starting out: KovaaKsZoningSepiaTacmap

Great video. I watched it because I saw it on the kovaaks reddit and it seemed interesting but I didn't expect for this level of detail and expertise on the subject. I've had shoulder pain while gaming for a while now and it didn't occur to me that the chair height could affect that. Thank you for this video man keep it up
Such a good video man! It's so crucial to make it something you enjoy so that you keep coming back and combining it with media consumption is a fantastic way of doing it!
With the final comment that learning skills from other games improves your main game is actually very true. I play competitive team fortress 2 and a bit ago my friend group got into dead by daylight. Being the competitive gamer I am, I got really good at playing as survivor where I constantly position myself to flashlight save my friends fairly consistently and more importantly body block their hits so they don't go down. Well after playing that game, once I found myself retreating in my comp game tf2, I've gotten really damn good with running myself in front of the enemy and tanking shots that was made for my medic. It got to a point where when a scout tries to strafe around me, I would on point mirror his strafe to where every bullet will hit me instead of the medic. This usually ends up with me dying but that's the price I pay to save the medic and have our last holds be possible to defend.
Loved the video, thanks for making it.
I'll definitely add what you said to my grind, appreciate the help!
Glad it helped! Good luck on the grind!
after i saw this video i started noticing the compression period you were talking about i was not really stuck as i tought but i was rising my floor, feels so good now, and i'm starting to get higher scores now the closer the floor get's to the ceiling. every one that feels like stuck should hear this , such a good video man amazing
Yeah this video motivates me so much to continue aim training
Excellent content! Well made. Cheers!
Watching this while aim training 😎

Love your jokes man thanks for the tips, currently stuck in gold/plat trying to get plat complete on revosect!
keep on uploading, this is quality content and you will 100% grow if you keep up the grind!
My introduction to aim training. Definitely trying to sharpen myself after not being on pc for 10 years more or less.
holy shit dude cant rly describe how gratefull i am for this video! thank you so much
9:00 had my ass dying for no reason, great video Absolutely enjoyed!!
I think the biggest thing coming from aim training for me is 100% being able to focus on all the other aspects of the game since you have the trust in your aim. makes games very fun when you dont have to focus on the enemy as much? either way i recommend it to everyone i play with
These video are sick. Keep it up
that killer thumbnail hooked me inn i love it lol
Great job! Love the content
Awesome! Thank you!
Seeing the GOAT Titanfall 2 featured in the clips brings me back sweet memories of stomping lobbies with my Kraber.
Thank you for this video 🔥🔥
Np, hope you enjoyed!
amazing video! Thankyou
Great video!
Ok thank you for your experience.
Great video man, honestly the biggest thing that i took away was your idea about being distracted while aiming through watching shows. I think that if i could do that I would be able to manage my focus better, interesting idea!
Glad it helped, I know when I first started I would've loved to be told I didn't have to grind away bored out of my mind in Kovaaks to produce results, haha
HAHAHHAHAH 1:20 Issei _My fellow man of cutlure_ xD
I have ALWAYS avoided doing something else on my second monitor when aim praccing, because I wanted to be focused, hell I have even stopped listening to music for the most of the time (sometimes I will do it anyways, if it would otherwise be TOO boring), I never thought about the benefit of the distraction. You blew my mind. 😅😅
slept on content
Thank you for giving me the motivation to continue my journey for GM. Currently 500 hours in kovaaks, 300 hours in aim labs, and jade complete. Masters is within my reach!!
Insane guide and video man. Keep em coming!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed!
I go through a training session about thirty minutes then I play like 4 or 5 matches then take a little break then rinse and repeat I am enjoying it and I'm seeing awesome gains in game for me it works I'm trying to keep it fun and not make it like work
Nice
thank you for this video
LMAO the highschool dxd bit was hilarious. Loved this video and effort you put into it. So professional.
This video spoke so much to me its crazy but personally I have some things that I think I can add. Aim training used to be painful, aggravating, and with little improvement. I took everything so personally and would see any score which didn’t break the highscore as a waste of time. After hundreds of hours of this hell I stopped caring about doing this regular training and caring about my scores. Instead, I just chilled and listened to music or watched videos to enjoy my time training. I would go weeks on end not aim training, go play on controller, work hard at school, then would come back time to time and train and just enjoy myself. The improvements was meteoric and shocking. So mainly what I would say is to make aimtraining enjoyable. Another thing I found really helpful was to not play the same scenarios from day to day. A large part of kovaak enjoyment is hitting high scores, and it’s not feasible to constantly hit high scores on scenarios you play all the time. So I play huge playlists with enormous variety to constantly get the dopamine hit of high scores so I never feel like I’m not improving. Also, when I switched to 144hz it felt like I’d entered a new state of being lol
I’ve always watched podcasts or long videos while using kovaaks
Thank u bro
came here for aim advice, walked awy with actual life advice
Lmao
As for the first segment, relatable 100%.
Looks like some people purposely listening to something in the background while just like you, i do it by choice. I'd commit s...bad metaphore, let's say i'd lose my sanity if i had to listen to nothing but clicking balls and get extremely bored too, as i did in the past. Listening to something in the background, changing gripstyles/experimenting, using sensitivity randomizer and last but not least playing proper routines really kept me engaged into daily training the past 2-3 months. Something i couldn't get myself to do in the past. In the past, without the 4 factors written above got me bored after just a few days. Now i pretty much main Aim Trainers rather than any game and find it very engaging and entertaining. Ironically since i used to find it very useless/waste of time and no benefitial - just like any non-believer. But it proved wrong.
Also, it *REALLY HELPS* in your day-to-day irl stuff. My newfound ability to heavily focus in general on things i do on daily basis improved drastically. Whatever i do, i can just hyperfocus and do it without getting distracted. Which i see as a huge benefit.
I know someone who walks the same path of the Void when I see them, I wish you well and I'm glad I could help in what ways I could.
I play CoDM and I don’t train on an aim trainer, I train in the target range for 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours a day, at random times, and then play ranked games at night. It makes a HUGE difference. And I also train while watching UA-cam or listening to podcasts etc, not only because training is boring but as you said it helps in not being hyper focused on hitting targets and able to notice other shit in-game. I figured this out on my own quite a while ago but just saw you mentioning that right now😂
Yes that latter part really is crucial. Back in the day before aim training I was watching streamers do way better than I could when it comes to aiming while they were interacting with the chat and internally engaged in a story they were telling wondering how the hell that was possible.
I find on the other side of things games to be even more enjoyable now as there's very little pressure on my aim and I can focus on everything else without even trying to aim and still to more than well enough to clear PVE content and non-competitive stuff like that.
dam right we talkin about Samus
How do I get that sunset background? Great vid
He’s finally back after a year. Are you still planning on making that addendum to the quantum zen? Nice video btw
Ayo! I sure am! I wanted to give more context for my original video so its easier to understand and give examples for the next. Relaxing and distracting your conscious mind with videos on a 2nd monitor while your subconscious gets cracked aim folds into Quantum Zen very nicely...so when I mention applying the same techniques of relaxing your conscious to observe the subconscious as it goes ham in-game; I can reference back to this video as well as my Netflix Master one so its easier to paint a whole picture for the average viewer. Thanks for sticking with me and I'm glad you enjoyed!
Lmfaoooo this guide went from hella straightforward, measured, and practical straight into finger weights & mental stimulation lmao.
Great video, I think it might have been worth leaving that one part out and going into way more detail in another video, because while I consider myself open minded.... That seemed way out there haha. I feel like it would make great content as a separate video for sure
Thank you for the feedback! I'll definitely make a follow-up video especially on the Brain Simulator stuff. My biggest concern is someone purchasing it solely for training and cranking the device 'up to 11' for like 3 hours and causing themselves unintentional harm. So if I were to go into it explaining where to put the electrode nodes and such I'd definitely have to elaborate more on the risks and dangers as well. I've seen virtually no videos covering tDCS devices for gaming so I def don't want to lead anyone astray!
@@VoidHunt would love more info on this subject :)
Thanks
If your the type of person who lacks motivation than this is probably the best method
you're* then*
Which finger weights did you use, maybe a link to a online store?
I will become the omni man of kovaaks fps aim trainer 😎
only 900 views on this masterpiece???
I hope this ages well!
Whats the game running in the background? (pls help me find it)
whats ur main sensitivity/dpi, fov and mousegrip now on grandmaster level?
do your wrist touch the mousepad when you are aiming
btw nice video,thanks.
No, the meaty part of my palm below the thumb touches the mousepad and the wrist itself is in the air
here from silky crisp, great vid
Thanks for checking me out, I actually do know who that is haha fellow Kovaaks Enjoyer
Great video ! But the problem with good chairs is that they are expensive which not everyone can afford. I personaly use the DxRacer and It's completely fine. The secret lab is defenitely better but 500 $ for a chair is a bit too much. (personal opinion)
What is the 240hz monitor ure using??
In terms of posture is it better to have my arm at a 90 degree angle in front of me or flared out to the side ?
Your arm can be flared out to the side as much as you feel neccesary, you only need 90 degree angle vertically, like it should be a flat 90 degree angle level with your body while you can adjust the horizontal angle however you like. Hope this helps!
2:50 my brain exploded. This is genius
What task are you playin at 2:35?
does anyone know the name of the map at 2:40 please?
Man do you think it's smart to have a fair slower ads sens than hipfire if i play games like apex or WZ? or am i just messing up my muscle memory? i am pretty accurate at range on a lower sens and i'm just way too inconsistent at range on a higher sens, however if i keep my hipfire sens slow, my camera is just getting borken since movement up close is too fast on these games. What do you think? thank sif you read this
Yes you can have a faster hipfire than ADS, that often makes sense especially in games where your ADS and hipfire ranges are dramatically different from each other. Don't worry about muscle memory.
Which tdcs do you use.
bro this is harder than i thought
Holy shit someone else has done tdcs for kovaaks
got any tips on setting up tdcs? i been researching it for awhile and finally decided to get one
didn't see much results on my first session but just did my second session and holy shit...I broke my pr in almost every bench scenario wtf
@@Tzill which tdcs did you use and do you still see results? I was interested but I watched a presentation from leading researchers that said at-home tdcs without scentific observation was ineffective, but I am still super interested.
@Anonymous hey man. I got a neuromyst pro, they're about 150$.
I would say that I don't notice the effect as much, especially if I do it everyday. However, one thing I noticed is that if I go for a week or two without using it my aim feels significantly more sluggish. Maybe it's placebo but I'm doubtful of that haha. I don't think it happens for everyone who uses tdcs, but whenever i use my device it's pretty easy to notice a mental change within 10-15 minutes, almost kinda feels like drinking a big cup of coffee or Adderall even.
When used correctly, I'd say its very worth it to try at least
Only thing I don’t agree with is watching or having something in the background while aim training. I can’t do it. Too distracting for me. Everyone’s different though.
Anyway this is great content!
Do you think there is player skill in MMORPG like SWTOR or ESO for example ?
And that grinding them will help you as a player to improve your skills ? Or game like Path of Exile for example ?
I would like to heard your opinion on this ?
Yes, particularly in their respective PVP aspects. Being able to hit a series of keys at the right times while in a high stress situation is definitely a skill. Sort of similar to a fighting game that way, but whereas a fighting game is bigger on reflex and reaction, MMORPG based combat is slower and usually involves thinking long-term big picture about how a fight's going to progress and when to use your CDs, especially against opponents with better equipment/loadouts than you which you don't have to deal with in fighting games...unless you include OP characters maybe lol. Hope this helps!
@@VoidHunt Yeah for sure it's help. Thanks for the answer mate. As always very grateful.
And to add, in ESO you have Weaving, blocks, roll, and etc. Probably one of the most skillful MMO out there. :D
@@VoidHunt Eh i asked another thing, but for some reason, UA-cam block my post ....
Do you still play Kovaaks to train your aim and for how long if you play different genre, let's said MMORPG ?
I love 1:20
Is it ok to still keep playing when i get bored and start doing bad in the routine? This always happens 20 minutes in even when i have a video/podcast/song in the background
It depends on what you mean by this. If you have a video you can watch you can take breaks after every scenario and spend a few minutes watching the video to help keep from getting bored. Then whenever the video gets boring you can go "welp might as well knock another scenario out until it gets good again" and just aim train that way.
Just curious what range of randomization would you recommend for the sens randomizer?
I would say 1.5 is a fantastic range to train in, since it'll never go so fast you're literally moving your mouse at twice the speed, or vice versa with going super slow, but it is more than enough to force an adjustment on your part as it gets faster and slower
@@VoidHunt can i get ur actual settings file for randomizer
Should I be bending my wrist to track or just make my arm go right in a motion
You can bend your wrist if you want just don't completely lock it, even arm aiming you want some flexibility in your wrist especially for microadjustments
You said you can create stopping power in many different ways how would you create it ?
Some ways would include pressing your fingertips onto your mousepad when decelerating your mouse movement, applying vertical pressure down on your mouse, like pushing it down into the mousepad, and increases the weight of arm on the mousepad, or planting your wrist if wrist aiming
I've never heard of running explorer.exe at realtime priority - is this still a thing? Any additional information on this?
You know how people meme on placebo effect despite the phenomenon being quite fascinating in effect by something helping you just because you think it does when it doesn't really do anything?
I don't really think it did anything, to be honest, but it genuinely felt like it did.
Have you got the v2 pro? If so what are your thoughts on it
I do, I drop-kicked my GPX Superlight off my third-story balcony within a few hours of using the Viper V2 and haven't looked back. I gave the exact same treatment to the Viper Ultimate when the Superlight came out though, but IMO unless you're absolutely in love with the shape of the superlight, V2 is an objective upgrade with a superior sensor and reduced weight
Which benchmark were you at when you began your journey? :)
Voltaic seasons were a little different when I started but I was definitely gold level when I first began
Do you keep the same sens in-between games?
I keep the same relative sens, somewhere between 25-35cm per 360, but I don't perfectly match them up. There's a website called mousesensitivity.com that I did use for a good while that lets you perfectly match all your in game sensitivities down to the exact decimal if you're interested. Just make sure your FOVs roughly match as well because hugely differing FOVs will throw your aim off much more than a slightly different sensitivity. For example if you had 30cm per 360 for a game with 90 FOV it would feel completely different than 30cm per 360 with 103 FOV. Thanks for the comment and good luck!
i starded a few days ago and play 1hour 10minits and after each senario i break for 2minits a senario is usely 10minits to 15 breaks not include in total
That seems like a very reasonable pace to keep I wish you the best of luck on your aim training journey!
WHAT GAME AT 7:00 ?? APEX BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A DEATHMATCH OR SOMETHING?
Oh retarded I am… it’s titanfal probably
I understand the analogy. But that's actually how the military works lol. They train you with gun and then just throw you in
fantastic intro hahaha
Always coming back for motivation lol
We're back baby!
iam use music playlist on my training routine iam only haft 308 hours rigtht now
On SYW my high Score is 650 78% 💯😁
Whats your sensitivity? I understand that it is all personal preference and trial and error but I wanted to see what a grandmaster kovaaks player uses
All gm use 20-60 cm
@@odiskelly1083 thanks for the reply. I recently started kovaaks and play 32.5 cm. Just hit silver and man..GMs are IMPRESSIVE
@@onecap1 nice I play 25cm and I'm jade
anyone has a recommended arm sleeve?
The Aegend white arm sleeve you can get off Amazon in pairs of 2 is what I've been using for over a year. It just has to be used inside out but is very inexpensive for how well it serves as an arm sleeve. Other than that, I've heard good things about Precision arm sleeves but didn't care for them personally.
wait i didnt quite understand what you meant on the on board memory setting? i have a g pro super light as well... should i be using on board memory or just selecting my dpi? i play 1600 dpi sometimes i have issues on multiple games. sorry im new to voltaic discord server and to pc so im trying to understand everything i should know
I don't use the superlight anymore, but you should have options in the Logitech software to set your DPI profiles on your mouse' onboard memory so you can swap DPIs if you so wish even without the software being open.
So is it better to do the training session all in 1 or space it out?
Longer session's gonna give higher highs, smaller session's you gonna improve but little bit slower
@The Predators first one work's the best
Best to aim train every day if possible approx 1 hour. How you get to that hour doesn't matter so much if you do it all at once or throughout the day so long as you tether it to the game you want to improve in at some point that day and if you run it an hour straight you make sure you're taking enough breaks to not lose performance from getting tired or overworking muscles
Aim trainers don't look fun. I was very interested in aiming accurately too but my favorite videogame closed (one of its kind), now I only watch enviously from the shadows, I had so many ideas to improve that didn't implement on time. I was so ecstatic playing at my fullest, on a trance, with an absolute comfortable mouse shape, having fun with everyone, arm and fingers hurt but with a sense of fulfillment.
Enjoy your gaming time before is too late.
That game for me was Titanfall 2, only I had the honor of becoming one of the best Pilots before it all went to shit so I got my fill. Listening to music or watching vids helps with those times they aren't fun but they can train you for future FPS games we don't even know about yet that you might love and then maybe wish you aim trained going into it to dominate multiplayer. Or you could just wait until its announced or something, either way, sorry to hear that about your game.
Does your wrist shake when you track with your wrist. Like when you bend it nearly to the point of locking. I know you shouldn't but I'm wondering if it happens to you
My wrist doesn't visibly shake but my aim definitely gets shaky once I'm near the wrist's max range of motion. I never really move my wrist this way though as I've learned to move my arm further to the outside if I'm beginning to overextend my wrist to keep this from happening.
which TCD's did you use?
I use the TDCs Brain Driver. It's about 100 usd but can do multiple different montages depending on where you put the nodes.
what scenario is 2:37?
It's called TamTS, if you search just Tam you'll get a lot of good scenarios in general btw that are similar to this.
I need better gaming sleeve..I have the procision but it wore out so quick.
Unless I need a new 1 every few months if that's the case..anyone got a nice list? I need S-tier and would pay, idc.
I mean S-tier sleeves would probably be those xsleeves with mousefeet coating on the forearm. They've made a new version that supposedly fixes the creasing issue it had before with increased wrist motion and if so those are probably the best but I haven't used them yet. I use even cheaper sleeves, white Aegend sleeves from Amazon that comes in packs of 4. They wear out after a few months of heavy use in my experience but are very inexpensive and have had the best matching X-Y axis of any sleeve I tried outside the aforementioned xsleeve.
Do you use G-Sync?
Yes
@@VoidHunt Word!
i can't aimtrain like this bro its just getting too boring for me and if i do it with a video or something i get bored already since it feels like i watched everything thing already and its not fun for me then to do it
what if you don´t have 2 monitors?
I'd say to pick one up ASAP, it doesnt need to be the same hz or resolution...but until then if you have a tablet or a phone stand you could use that in meantime
@@VoidHunt would listening to Spotify have the same effect? Some people tell me to use it and others say jts bad because I could subconsciously start clicking on beat in the likes of static scenarios
Does antivirus really produce inputlag?
Yes. If you'd like to see it for yourself try doing a scenario once or twice with it off vs on. The main issue isn't when its just chilling in the background, but when it starts randomly scanning files. I'm guessing when it looks into the same drive your game is running out of, it creates the lag but I don't know the fine details I just know I've gotten super bummed out with my performance, saw it was on, turned it off, and broke a PB haha.
@@VoidHunt thanks for the reply. And do you turn it off then permanent?
@@Allysieh Yes, but unfortunately it turns back on randomly even if you don't restart at some random point between an 1 and 6 hours.
Did kovaak really help you in-game aim?
Absolutely, and made gaming in general a lot more fun since I never worry about it and can focus on everything else.
Hello. Can you add English subtitles? (German subtitles are automatically set) The entire RU community would be grateful to you. We do not have a lot of this content. Thank you
Sure, I can do that. Thank you for your interest!
Ayo what was that last one😂 1:20
👀
this is quite a goldmine of aim training information, even after consuming playlists from the likes of riddBTW and Lowgravity56
tDCS seems especially interesting; i'm doing more research at this very moment
but more importantly is that concept of jumping into your chosen game as soon as possible after training
my schedule does not work in this way at all, but, if it does help that much compared to playing a game after a few hours, will consider
I hope i dont loose my *hair* for the price of being extremely good at aiming
