honestly as someone who lives in cck for over 30 years, 302 hokkien mee wouldnt even come up in the top 5 hokkien mee of the west. dont understand why shermz hype about it so much aiyo.. jus head to bukit gombak/batok for neighbourwok or 777 hokkien mee. they wouldnt be top tier either but hands down much better than 302 hkm..
plus.. 302 is famous for their bcm or 五香. definitely not the place for hokkien mee.. 😂

the original sfall at Lor 29 Geylang is still the best HKM. Flavor, Wok Hei, freshness all are top notch but they are f up on the cleaniess, insane queue and pricey!

TBH East side (hawker/coffee shop) food is probably the worst at least google review wise.
Questionable choice for north and south. North there is Youfu in Woodlands and Come daily in tpy west.
South wise Chinatown Youfu (yeah same name as the one in Woodlands, not related business wise)
For my case if my partner coming in I will ask friend or colleague sit behind, but once a friend's sister just sat behind like I'm her chauffeur or what without asking. I kept quiet and told my friend about it
I must say although there was alot about the sponsored product, but the video was still enjoyable. Maybe the MD is also very spontaneous and could match TDK's crew's energy and enjoying the Hokkien Mee tgt 😊

West side I will go for 面王1971 (Mian Wang 1971) and NeighbourWok for Hokkien mee. Xiao Di and Lor 29 still much better though.
The Hokkien mee at Beo Cresent is not the real one. Since the real shifu left, patronage has dropped significantly. Little wonder it got only one star.
