One of the best tutorials I have seen. You cover all the important things a beginner like me needs to know, to be safe as well as doing the job properly.
I do not know why people have to criticize what you have done. I appreciate the fact that you take the time to be precise in the measurements. It makes it much easier for me to follow and build something that will look like what you made. Thank You.

These video projects are great!!! Thanks for the postings, and keep them coming. I would really like to see a video on picture frame production using both miter and square ends.
Very informative and your safety tips were superb. Would love to see more videos from you!
I made a whole kitchen worth of top and bottom cabinets years ago but I used dados, glue, and dowels. I don't think they had pocket hole jigs back then. This is new to me, so much easier. I look forward to making my first project. Excellent video.
very good information. Safety tips were great and he made the whole project sound very easy. I would love to see more videos like this for us DIYer's
that was great, loved the simplicity the proper tools makes this project.....!

When you watch a video featuring Gary Striegler, you know that you are getting expert instruction.
Very good and comprehensive video for Greg tools. Compliments to the author!
Thank you very much!

The videos are very good. Keep them coming. An entertainment center would be a nice project.
great video. well done.
Great video - Thanks
Wow, this is basically the blueprint (verbatim) for every pocket hole cabinet build video today.
Good teacher! Great work!🎉😊 Amen to Perry’s comment!
I just learned so much in 15 min!
very informative!
Great video
like it i usually put the pocket screws top and at the bottom because i dont want to see the screws when i open the cabinet door
Nice video and helpful Thanks dor sharing
Hi kreg thanks 🙏 for everything n video 😜 I enjoy your video lot ... I hop u have a great 👍 holiday weekend by ... joe
hello, i just bought the master kit, and i am exited to take it for a test drive, i am planing to build my garage cabinets just about the same in this video, i would like to know how many 4x8 plywood sheets did you need for the 3 cabinets you built? or if you have a plan that you can share that would make my life easier and finally what screws size to use with a 3/4" plywood?
thanks
The measurements for the side cabinet stretch rails are incorrect. They should be a 3 1/2 inches.
I have completed a number of projects with my Kreg Jig and whenever I start a new project, I spend a few minutes incorporating its use into the project. Great tool and once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to use.

The video is wonderful, as are the plans it links to, but they are not the same product. Is there a cut list for the three cabinet with faceplate, etc that is actually constructed in this video? Thanks!
Cabinets to go
Rockler has a shelve hole spacer jig that works very nice. Good video tho.
awesome video!! Strong American accent!! woooh
In many projects I've done, the Kreg jig has worked better than dowels or biscuits. I can't afford a domino set. That's a very handy fence for the saw. I've made one for myself. I did learn though through my mistakes, that if I want an 18" wide board, I must add 1/8" (saw kerf width) to the measurement to ensure that I have an 18" wide board and not a 17-7/8" wide board. Or the board I want to keep for the project is placed under the fence. Just be aware of the saw kerf and how it can affect the measurement. I've never seen this issue addressed on any videos.
Always cut to the waste side of the board.
Thanks for the great videos. How about plans for building a dresser with sliding drawers? Also partitions underneath the workbench for painting supplies and cans, etc.
For a novis who has never used the pocket hole jig, you might want to explain the jig and how to set it up before you scribe lines for holes. and maybe even state the proper names of the tools your using so people will know what their going to buy at the store. You did a great job with the straight line jig and explained what you did and why but like I said, a novis who's accessing your video to build whatever project, may not know what the hell your doing and what tools and why and how your doing it.
more please.
Thanks for the great explanation. I do have a question though. When I looked at the plans on the Kreg website, the center cabinet is one inch narrower than the two end cabinets. Is there an reason for this? I am planning on building this, but with all of the cabinets the same size. Thanks for the great video!
Technical Support will be happy to help with this. You may reach them at technicalsupport@kregtool.com or toll-free 800-447-8638. Thanks!
Kreg shelf pin jig is a great investment for doing the shelf pins. Really enjoy mine!! º¿º
Excellent informative video's. but what is the name / number of the jig you're using in this video???. I don't find this type of jig listed with any of your distributors. Thanks ... Joseph
cool cool video
Exceeds expectations!
I'd like to request the bill of materials used in the project. Thanks.
I was really hoping to see these made with the Kreg DIY Kit. Are there any cabinet or shelf making videos by Kreg using the Kit?

nice video. thank you for showing how easy it can be. I have a kreg jig and am interested in the supports you have to keep the wood stable. Please tell me where to find them. thank you
Please contact our team at 800-447-8638 or kregtool.com/help - They will be happy to assist you with this. Thanks!
Make them!
For this type of cabinet, what size screws did you use. Does the Kreg jig need to be set a certain height?
What is the name of the special clamp thanks.

what is the jig that you are using because I have not found that one to purchase.
How do you determine the length of screws to use? Also the depth of the stop on the drill bit?

Did you make the microphone too? Holy clipping Batman!
@KregToolCompany Yo quiero un kreg jig pero en Venezuela no lo venden, es lamentable.
can you tell me were i can get one of them kreg pocket hole jigs from in the UK please? i like that one better then the new K 5 jigs i can not fined that one any were on the net for sale i love that one
Thank You
Pete
Does Amazon not list them for the UK? I found it all over ours here.
Phillip Rowland You'd be surprised what's listed and not on their Amazon. Since Amazon is a marketplace, only the markets sell within their regional area, so no they probably don't have it on their Amazon. If I have to buy a product that's native to the UK market, I have to buy it from the UK Amazon or Ebay just because that's where it's sold from.
i have got the K5 kreg pocket hole jig now thank you i got it of ebay it cost me £100 Thank you
Pete
I ordered mine from Kreg tool....I got the big jig the clamps and the screws also. cant wait to start using it.....
Peter Mitchell You can search for a Kreg dealer near you on our website: www.kregtool.com/find-a-dealer/international-dealers.aspx. Once you’re there, simply enter your address, country name, or postal code to see a list of dealers in your area. If you are unable to buy close to home, we recommend www.amazon.com for international orders. They are generally very straightforward with their international shipping prices and time frames. Thank you for your interest in Kreg products!
Could you tell me thickness of plywood to make the wall cabinet Sir ? Thank you .
3/4 "
Yo quiero uno osea un Kreg jig K3
This must've been made before the Kreg Accurip was invented ;-) You used a homemade jig to rip the full sheets of plywood.
Why not save money!?
Great video and information but you push safety soooo much but you didn't have a spliter / riving knife on the table saw o.O That's the number one thing I make sure I use in the shop.
Where did you get the supports?
Make them!!
Great videos - Please improve the audio quality.
metric?
What thickness is the plywood you are using?
3/4 "
@@markw3598 And why would you use 3/4" ? Wouldn't 1/2" be better, and lighter for wall cabinets?
Thanks and congrats on your recent purchase. You can download a full cut list for this video right here on this page above. Happy Woodworking!
So kreg shelf pin hole jig was not around 10years ago
Do you have a video on how to hang doors?
We do not have a video on that topic at this time. I will add it to the list of requests, thanks!
I tried finding this on the website, but it's not there anymore???
No splitter on the tablesaw? Isn't that somewhat dangerous?
+tegan71969
A splitter is not needed when you cut plywood and mdf.
Why not just use the depth stop from the kreg bit instead of masking tape?
I do not speak English
The video is very good
Can translate into Spanish
Thanks
If you ever make another video , please do a sound check and try using your "indoor voice" please ! Thank you : )
What is your clamping table/system?
You can see our Bench Clamping Systems here: www.kregtool.com/shop/workspace/bench-clamping-systems/
I live in the beautiful city of York in England. But after watching this video I'm going to sell up and move to some bland mid western american suburb so I can purchase some more of those wonderfull Kreg products whoppee!!!!!
Have the big box store cut it down. Easier to haul and get home!
This woodworking book “pepe amazing plan” (Google it) posesses a good deal of details about wood working. The book also displays several designs and also explanations on the materials useful for different woodworking procedures and also the instructions on finishing various processes correctly. In general, this book fulfilled my basic desire to learn about woodworking.
SPAM and SCAM
I hope he has a cordless saw and a better microphone
i think your cut list might be a little out of whack???
I'm really sure you can build it yourself. I did this 2 weeks ago thanks to the Woodglut plans.
Porqué si las herramientas kreg son tan chingonas, los videos de lo que construyen están del nabo?
I walked away at the "safety" crap, are you a high school shop teacher?
My ears hurt
The instruction on building the cabinet is good, but please practice what you preach and put a guard on that saw. How can you say safety is number 1 (ua-cam.com/video/jYdCv5R786c/v-deo.htmlm50s) then proceed to use the saw with no guard, no riving knife, or no splitter. Granted this saw probably didn't have a riving knife even as an option back in 2010 or whenever it was made but the overhead guard and splitter should be there. Please don't toss the "guard removed for photographic purposes only" line at us. We've all seen how a table saw blade cuts wood. We've also seen a few people with less than 10 fingers so stop promoting unsafe operation of table saws.
Puras pendejadas construyen, lastima de herramientas.
